Hello! Thank you for doing this instructional video! Around the 24 min mark, you take about starting to Create your newsletter. When I click on Create, I do not have a "Newsletter and Announcements" option. In fact, I have non of the 4 options you have on your screen. I have: Send an Email, Automate Your Emails, Create a Coupon, Grow Facebook Fans, Collect Event Registrations, Create a Survey, and Collect Donations. Help?
+Bliss Animal Haven - You probably have an updated verision. So In that case, choose Send an email, then the steps should be ok. They have changed the program since the video was created.
you just showed the email of some of your clients to 17,000 people. From now on it would be wise to edit a black box on top of personal information, especially if it isn't your information. (constructive criticism)
If there was a negative star, i'd give that one. Didn't even get started and their guy keeps calling and harassing my emails and phone number!!! I politely told him that "When i'm ready to move forward, i'd reach out." I meant what i said, by the one employee "Brian" that keeps calling, I will NEVER do business with them. Makes me think they are desperate and just want to take money. The next time he calls he will be getting cursed out, and i'll make it my duty to post on every business page they own to say how much they harass!! He called one time last week and AT least 3 times after I told him " I WILL REACH OUT WHEN I"M READY"
