heavy on the "i GET to work out" I adopted this phrase because there was once a time I lost use of my legs for months and needed a helper just to walk to the bathroom, so now I can never take my ability to move for granted. You won't have it forever.
Im dealing with this right now. I have EDS so I’m used to things moving incorrectly or slipping, but I had a full hip dislocation back in November that debilitated me. By June I was able to walk around with a cane and now I’m finally able to walk unassisted for long periods. Because of that, I’m finally able to go back to the gym and focus on rehabilitating my legs, although i still haven’t been able to run again (used to do track) I’m hopeful that by the end of the year I’ll be able to run again :))
Thank you for being so real with us! There are so many people who romanticize cutting out/restricting food and telling us that it is good for us. In reality you're not helping yourself, so knowing not to force protein or a specific food down really helps my intuitive eating.
Best advice from a fitness influencer so far, after a few years of trying to get my body back to health after years of damage being sedentary, I’ve learned there truly isn’t any diet or exercise trend that’ll get me into shape. It’s my lifestyle, and in that comes trial and error. I start slow and small now, I feel every stretch and every exercise. The meditation was on point because I end up naturally kinda doing meditative yoga to get a feel of what part of my body needs attention and strengthening? These videos are inspiring but shouldn’t be the “goal”, you gotta find what works for your body. No one gets “that” body over night, it’s taken most years in fact to get there. I’ve learned to take things slow, just move more, stretch when I feel. I’m running now when before I couldn’t even run 5 mins without dying lmao, now I can run through 4 songs 🥰.
Yes I love everything you said!! And I agree with you, it’s taken me over 3 years to feel comfortable with working out and actually enjoying it and feeling each muscle work rather than hating myself and “making myself” workout in order to change. It’s almost like when you stop “trying” is when you actually “see results” because you begin to feel more appreciation and gratitude for the amazing things your body can do for you. Thank you for this amazing comment ❤️
Thank you so much , I’m ‘skinny fat’ and I want to change my body and lifestyle but not into a crazy drastic way as I don’t have the time to! I’ve never heard anyone mention about the wasting food issue before, as I personally struggle with that so much as I ALWAYS have to finish my food, I didn’t even finish my friends meals if I still had space because I couldn’t handle the thought of it going to waste. It’s definitely a mindset change and you’ve definitely helped me.
ommgmgmgm girl pls help me plspls im alos skinny fat i want to get toned pls if you have any gym workout routine for begineer (like first time going to gym) plsls share with me i'll be grateful
Your realistic fat loss journey is inspiring! It instantly connects with the wisdom I gained from my lifecoach Lisa Haisha during a retreat in the Philippines. Both your dedication and her teachings fuel my path to greatness. Cheers to maintaining the best version of ourselves!
5:09 I have a health condition and have been very ill for a while but I’m able to exercise again and this is now my new mindset. It’s amazing and I’m grateful
im recovering from a health condition as well, and being thankful to work out has helped me so so much! Going on a run is so much more enjoyable when I remember that I couldn't walk correctly a year ago.
I just found your channel through this video and I really love your vibe! I admire and agree with all of your tips! also, your push up form is great, I really admire people who have a solid push up form because with a good form, I can only do five so far and am trying to build my way up! so kudos to you, your inner strength is marvelous
Nah sorry but I don't support the food waste tip. Learn how to make smaller portions to reduce leftovers if you don't like leftovers as much. Or freeze it. But don't set a mindset of wasting food.
That’s not what she’s saying, she’s saying to listen to your body and don’t overeat if you already feel full. The whole point of leftovers is to eat it later
She said don’t feel guilty for wasting food and letting leftovers go bad. She also said you’re not a bad person if food goes to waste. I don’t agree with those points since there are other alternatives instead of wasting :(

Good points! But for second tip, i really struggle with eating faster, because i eat SO SLOW like it takes me about 40 minutes to finish my meal (normal sized portions for example 2 eggs and half an avocado toast, 2 normal slices of bread), so i wanted to know if eating this long is healthy and normal because I CANNOT eat faster 😭
I know this is so late, but I wanted to mention that eating slow is 1000x better than eating fast. Your bodies digestion starts in your mouth so it's important to really take your time eating. By eating fast and not chewing properly, you body doesn't have the time to utilize all the nutrients, so the food just passes through. I think that eating for that long is actually ideal, so that shouldn't be something that you stress yourself about too much!
Hi Morgan good morning happy Tuesday morning and I hope you having amazing weekend and I loved your workout routine vlogs because you are amazing Supporter and I'm proud of you
I just finished a bowl of different nuts (except peanuts) and i feel horrible cuz i couldn't stop myself, i was stressed from work n kinda let myself give in.. I'm trying to just move on but yeah im so guilty, i'm just chugging water every minute
@@Jessie12N that's the safest and healthiest thing we can do after binge eating smth, eating vegetables and drink water and staying active will make us feel much better ❤️
Love your content Morgan! Do you weigh yourself at all as a measure of progress at all or not? Do you follow a particular workout routine or basically whatever movement you fancy on the day?
Ahh I know what you mean it’s raining here recently so I haven’t been able to move as much and that’s okay! Maybe if you have a gym you can walk on the treadmill? Or also accepting that our habits fluctuate during different seasons and that’s okay!
You dont need a influencer to tell u how to lose weight and get toned. If u want to lose weight you will get out there lose anyhow by consistent exercise .IDK when these influencers will stop

Omg the leftover food advice hit too close to home !!
right it’s so small but I love the quote “your body isn’t a trash can” it’s better to throw away food than to let it “go to waste in your body”
Same here!!

is it because there are external distractions around you? Or that you eat in front of the tv?
@@flowerpot3787 no no, i tried to eat without ANY distraction several times before and I always end up eating around 35-40 minutes

Great video. Love your hair and that yellow tip
Can you please do videos on healthy snacks? Also maybe what you eat in a week
I totally agree on the ocean sounds I LOVE IT and rain sounds
I love this! So spot on,., I need to try meditating!
If you don’t mind me asking how many times do you lift weights or workout in a week?
thank you just what i was looking for
I just finished a bowl of different nuts (except peanuts) and i feel horrible cuz i couldn't stop myself, i was stressed from work n kinda let myself give in.. I'm trying to just move on but yeah im so guilty, i'm just chugging water every minute
I had a huge bag of chips two days ago and I can still feel the effects. Also drinking lots of water and eating lots of veggies.

Hi, im just wondering what app the picture of tracking your steps and stuff was from? :)
i cannot stop binging, i eat till i feel super full!...............when i should stop when i feel satisfied, please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
The same happened to me, go to the nutritionist, you are not alone, and it will be ok
What is that mitten at 4:25? And what is it for?
I actually hate when UA-camrs just walk about mindset like stfu tell us what workouts u did that’s the main thing
Hi!! I just have a question. If I eat more protein and focusing on gaining muscle, will I then get bulky?
Not if you are on a calorie deficit.
This video is very helpful thank you for sharing!!
More vlog plsss!! ❤❤
incredible❤
i want to do all of this but I hate drinking water that's not cold :(((( is this important enough to change my ways?
this is such a helpfull video!
0:20 what shoes are those ? :)
how do u make those eggs she made in the first dish man it looks so good
Where did you get your holistic nutrition certification? 💗
AFPA! 🫶 my certificate is on my LinkedIn, building a website for myself as we speak!
Gurl your vids r SO HELPFUL and not useless help like, eat less this and that
How many steps a day do you take?
Ty for making this video
aim for a minimum of 10k a day :)
Do you follow specific workout routines?
Do you make your own exercise program in the gym?
you are so pretty, u look like gigi goode
I wish I could go on more walks but it's simply too cold and icy for months and months on end :/
Ahh I know what you mean it’s raining here recently so I haven’t been able to move as much and that’s okay! Maybe if you have a gym you can walk on the treadmill? Or also accepting that our habits fluctuate during different seasons and that’s okay!
thanks! l feel like I learnt so much :)
Positive affirmations and yet you wear a bracelet with the’ evil eye’. How do you square that🧐
Yes, in a few months it's impossible. I cannot get this body because I have insuline-resistance and ipothyroidism.
Omg where is your top from
can you put weight size - I don't see anyone put the weight size
What do you mean by weight size?
You need to be careful when you walk looking at your phone you need to be aware of your surrounding.
roughly what is your maintenance cals?
I’m not sure! I don’t count calories. Every time I’ve tried counting it makes me overthink and I end up struggling with binging
Ok that’s fair I respect that! I wish that was me but I’m kind of the opposite 😭
Didn't she ask maintenance cals though ? Not how much calories you eat
I take several sizes of tupperware with me whenever I eat out. I'm that person 😂
Honestly, I love it😂
Thank you😊😊
Thank you 💕
Is she a rectangle body type?
God Bless!! 🙏🏼🤍
You know in chinese, we often tell our's girl friends "drink hot water" (多喝热水)
Ok why
