Today we are recharging our H&G Lifestyles water Softener that we put on our RV a while back. As promised we will show you step by step how to recharge your unit. When you say rechargeable does this mean this water softener is usuable indefinitely or just for the 3600 gallon life span? I hope my question makes sense

Hello,
yes it is a reusable unit. Just after about 3600 gallons you need to reactivate the media with the salt to "recharge" it and have it soften the water again.
