Excuse me, if someone told me that they got into an argument & the wife leaped out of the driver's side window while she was driving, THAT IS A RED FLAG. What the hell do they mean, they had no reason to question that story? I can tell you that its possible to do it, at least from a 78 Buick, because I did that once, but we weren't going that fast & I was pretty high.

Dr. Cyril Wecht believed my cousins death was a homicide but the Allegheny medical Examiner refused to change it from accidental drowning. He's a good man, and I'm thankful for his work on the Dakota James Case. I'm glad in this case they actually listened.

Maybe this is an old case where they didn’t know the signs of strangulation or suffocation but there are signs to suffocation and check the eyes for Bersted blood vessels to check the lungs for any fibres from being sucked in this Doctor Who did the autopsy has absolutely no idea what he’s talking about they should’ve called him better experts than him because there are lots of signs of when you get suffocated! Skin also has discolouration of where the suffocation was pressed there’s lots of ways this guy who’s the topsy guy says oh there’s no way to find out about certification BS there is

What I understood of the autopsys findings was more investigation was required which has nothing to do with the false misleading lies the interigators had coerced the
deceased brother into signing I may be wrong but not much was said about that
