I once got a fool persona and was all angry not knowing it had both holiest and extinct 😫 light/dark damaging spells are they best way to blast through this game. Especially if you can get both kinds on a single persona.
Bro I got to the ending of the game with the starter personas but I kinda soft locked myself before the finale so I'm using your last vids to see the ending.
I know this video is kinda old but i only got the rosetta stone and the Pasque flower, but i didnt get the totems for mark, kei, and ayase, i didnt press the blue button but everything else i did correctly and as far as i know the button you press in SEBEC isnt important for the ultimate personas, after all the other naoya said that i was worthy in my playthrough so... 🤷♂️
The1upBlock Yup :3, my biggest problem however as am playing the after game (since im trying to kinda 100% the game), is that i can't friggin get Cromm Cruach's spell card, like i made that safe file for Snow Queen Quest on hard mode, so im just running around Devil's Peak. But because it is the Snow Queen Quest i don't have Maki, and she's like only thing who can get that guy eager, by pleading, im not even perfectly sure he is the last spell card i need since i can't confirm by getting him. Like almost the only way for me to get him at this point is to just count on that 1/254 (that's not exactly the right number for the but i can't remember) chance that's in the game that he'll randomly join me, kinda given up trying for the most part, i really want my Vishnu :P
If I recall correctly, and you're using this trick, your demons have to exceed the level of 87 when they fuse together to get the final Fool? It's been a while.
I do believe there is a way to refuse everyone's starting person. And if that's the case, technically you can fuse a better Bres than the one Reiji starts with.
i was able to fuse reiji’s ultimate persona but i can’t equip it to him. the persona is level 58, and reiji is level 59 so i don’t see why it isn’t working

Special Gems? As long as you chose the correct options along your journey when given the choices, you're given the Ultimate Persona Totems on your way to the end of the game. I'm not exactly sure if the Ultimate Personas are available outside of the true ending, however. I don't remember if the game goes far enough for you to unlock them or not.

I believe you had to choose the right dialogue when prompted like saving the person at the hospital and what not. After which.. I think you pick the totems up at Alaya Shrine?.. It's been a while lol
@@lordrisky504 If you made all the right decisions, when the Main Character faces his own Shadow and succeeds, you should have gotten a bunch of totem items. As an example, Main Character's Ultimate uses the Rosetta Stone and is an Emperor, so you fuse an Emperor persona and add the "Rosetta Stone" item to the fusion it will turn into his Ultimate.
If memory serves, you need to make all the correct 'moral' decisions in the game. I believe the way I put it in the playthrough was, when given the choice to make a decision 'don't be a dick.' lol The earliest example of one was helping the person in the hospital that was trapped under a vending machine, I think? It's been a hot minute.
As far as I can tell, the only requirement to force the fusion mistake is to save at the nearest Tree and make sure you're standing in front of the Velvet Room on your 101st step.

Don't hate me but... I honestly despise Vishnu's design from Persona 1. I mean, it looks cool, but that's not a Vishnu desig, that's Mephistopheles or Azazel design-tier. Then again, it looks cool, it's just not Vishnu and should not be associated with Vishnu imho.
Vishnu is usually depicted in SMT in the form of Krishna. The reason he was chosen as the ultimate emperor in this game is because Vishnu has multiple avatars/personas on his own. The artist Kazuma Kaneko has actually talked about this in an interview. But his depiction of Vishnu in this game was his interpretation as a "King of Persona-Users". My favorite Vishnu design remains the one they used from Devil Summoner onwards: accurate, incredibly cool, well-made, and suits him entirely.

It's pretty simple, though mileage might still vary based on your preference of RPG style. It's age most certainly shows these days.
