@@cinthyroberts6161 Thank you!!! Frying the meat in oil will definitely give you a different texture compared to air frying. Air frying tends to make the meat a bit crispier and less greasy, while frying in oil will make it juicier but with a bit more oiliness. But, if you prefer to fry it in oil, just use a moderate amount and cook on medium-high heat to get a nice sear without drying it out.
@@cinthyroberts6161 Wrapping the meat in the oven and using the broil setting is a great alternative if you want to achieve that crispy exterior without frying (this would be my suggestion for you if you don’t want to use the air-fryer). Broiling will give you a nice char similar to grilling…..Just watch it closely-nobody likes beef that’s too ‘well-done’😏 You can wrap the meat in foil for the first part of cooking to keep it juicy, then unwrap it to finish under the broiler for that crispy, grilled vibe.
So tasty❤❤❤😊😊😊. Thanks sis
It’s sure is, thank uuu☺️
Love it! How do I get that coal thing that you used at the end for the smokey flavor?
Thank youuu! They sell them in-store or online. Research Hookah charcoals.
Looks tasty what if I don’t want to air fry would frying it in oil have the same outcome?
Or would wrapping it in the oven and keeping it on broil be better?
