    I just found this you tube page not long ago...I love Isaac.....are there any recent videos of Isaac...he is great!!! Obsessed in a good way...LOL

      New Here!! I was introduced by watching Dr Oz
      I like this because I've been under weight due to anerexia and hypothyroidism. I was recently hit by a tractor trailer and it's been a year now now 120 lbs. I feel i can start just doing a lot by sitting and working on the upper part of my body. While I get use to the routine as well. Have fun!
