Wow - that was a great no impact workout - I'm super sweaty because I did it twice! Working out with my teenage daughter this week and she needs a full hour. I gave her half an hour this morning.😅

This workout has been great bouncing back from an injury 2 weeks ago. I started this workout last week and couldn't finish it. Today, I did complete it! Thanks for a variety of workouts when some of us can't do the high intensity for whatever reasons. It feels great to be able to move again and get my strength back. Soon, I'll be back to those high intensity ones!!

Love this - and that's from someone who doesn't like cardio or working legs! Had to substitute squats for lunges to protect my achilles, but it gave me a great, short workout!
I really needed this - have some horrible meno hip and back pain just now so modified a bit but doing this and the finisher made me feel so much better. Thanks PJ!

I did one of your strength training workout and then thought may be i could top it up with a cardio so i picked this one thinking its just 15 min. After doing this i realized i should not take you lightly PJ. You will make us do work with the body no matter how long or short the workout is. Cheers!

Well, I've done it twice now, it's getting easier, and goes by surprisingly fast! There is not a shortage of videos to choose from either, I'll be back in shape in no time!
One 💥 Great 💥 Workout 💥 140 bpm max, which is good for me. Pretty spicy stuff. I’m pretty sure my hips caught fire, and that’s good, since I still have my original hips.😅🔥 You could call a challenge “Fire and Spice!” (You know, a play on “fire and ice?”…no? Ok…🤷♀️) Anyway, thanks, PJ ❤ 😅

I love that this one is all standing. I have done videos that claim to be cardio and then parts of it include body strength training work on the mat.
