    Love this. Every time I do this workout thinking, great, only 15 min of low impact, at minute three I remember....it really delivers!

    Wow - that was a great no impact workout - I'm super sweaty because I did it twice! Working out with my teenage daughter this week and she needs a full hour. I gave her half an hour this morning.😅

    TY PJ! Love this short , doable (in difficulty) for us more mature ladies with injuries , and which are combinable with other short strength WOs like the one you’ll be releasing next week ! ❤

    I love that this one is all standing. I have done videos that claim to be cardio and then parts of it include body strength training work on the mat.

    PJ, this workout was perfect for doing right before my 30 minute leg strength workout. 👍If anyone ever says low impact isn't intense, they haven't tried one of your workouts! 😅I got pretty sweaty, and my heart rate was UP!
    I'm definitely saving this one to my cardio favorites playlist! ♥

    This was super super. 15 minutes of cardio was great. Of course, not enough to close the circle on my watch so I added another that came up automatically on UA-cam. It’s kinda like this platform thinks for me😊 Thanks and have a good weekend, PJ!

    This workout has been great bouncing back from an injury 2 weeks ago. I started this workout last week and couldn't finish it. Today, I did complete it! Thanks for a variety of workouts when some of us can't do the high intensity for whatever reasons. It feels great to be able to move again and get my strength back. Soon, I'll be back to those high intensity ones!!

    Love this - and that's from someone who doesn't like cardio or working legs! Had to substitute squats for lunges to protect my achilles, but it gave me a great, short workout!

    Feeling out of shape after a month of on-off exercising (flu, traveling, transitioning to new job), so this non-stop workout got me winded! Had to give myself a couple of breaks to catch my breath, but I didn't stop (just as PJ would tell us) 🙂

    I did one of your strength training workout and then thought may be i could top it up with a cardio so i picked this one thinking its just 15 min. After doing this i realized i should not take you lightly PJ. You will make us do work with the body no matter how long or short the workout is. Cheers!

    Even do this was a low impact workout the breathing was still heavy and the sweat was in seriously effective O and the heart rate was up

    One 💥 Great 💥 Workout 💥 140 bpm max, which is good for me. Pretty spicy stuff. I’m pretty sure my hips caught fire, and that’s good, since I still have my original hips.😅🔥 You could call a challenge “Fire and Spice!” (You know, a play on “fire and ice?”…no? Ok…🤷‍♀️) Anyway, thanks, PJ ❤ 😅
