thanks for posting this streach it really works for me. after doing 50 squats my upper thai are burnning and vibrating even it become difficult for me to walk in proper balance 😂 i decided to take rest for a day but don't work and on the next day i tried this streach rutine on my both legs. and it gives me a relief while doing on regular bases i can make them even better. Im not exactly the most active person, which is odd to hear from a hs freshman. So i wanted to start doing tennis this year, and the day after attending the conditioning my thighs felt horrible, like they were about to fall off. I didnt do 2 because i didnt have the equipment at the time, but after i was done i felt a MAJOR improvement. Im thankful for this so i can go to the conditioning tomorrow and wont have to skip it from pain haha thank you so much
Did this the first time tonight, even though my keg still feels a tad bit sore this helped a lot, the pain has been taking hours off my sleep all because of my hip injury, i think I'll be doing this daily now, I'm looking forward to see where it takes me

I could barely do 10% of how you did it because of no flexibility in my body and the pain in my thighs but I can honestly say I lost 30-40% of my pain. I will repeat it a couple of times and I'm confident it will vanish.

I have watched this video and used this technique once, 8 months before. And it works like sorcery even now. My shoulder hurts a little but its ok. Now the heaviness in my leg is gone.

I didnt do 2 because i didnt have the equipment at the time, but after i was done i felt a MAJOR improvement. Im thankful for this so i can go to the conditioning tomorrow and wont have to skip it from pain haha thank you so much

Did this the first time tonight, even though my keg still feels a tad bit sore this helped a lot, the pain has been taking hours off my sleep all because of my hip injury, i think I'll be doing this daily now, I'm looking forward to see where it takes me

I could barely do 10% of how you did it because of no flexibility in my body and the pain in my thighs but I can honestly say I lost 30-40% of my pain.
I will repeat it a couple of times and I'm confident it will vanish.

I have watched this video and used this technique once, 8 months before. And it works like sorcery even now. My shoulder hurts a little but its ok. Now the heaviness in my leg is gone.
