Hey I gotta say, you got me into this SFF PC biz and so far Im addicted. Swapped my O11 Dynamic for the NR200, super easy to build in. Convinced my friend to go with an all white NR200 build, gonna be mint. Thank you for your help in spreading the SFF knowledge!
Now, go to the next step and try to fit custom loop in your case. Man... it's not an easy task, but it's just damn satisfying. I'm stil trying to finish my Phanteks Shift, but that third radiator is "fighting" back. hahahah. Anyway, it just feels great to work with those SFF cases and the result is just awesome, clean and saves a lot of space.
Watching the SFF build process, utilizing every nook and cranny of the ITX case is always something very special but the cherry on top is fitting RTX 4090 inside and it's almost cathartic.
Slim fans on top of an FE card was something I noticed with the 3080FE--the fin arrangement is perfect for catching external airflow, and when I put slims in my Ncase M1 before water cooling the GPU, the difference was night and day on temperature.
I always love these ITX builds. I currently have an ITX build and I'm planning on using one again in my next build, glad to see the cases continuing to improve their design with aspects like the GPU vent.
I like building in ITX cases because it's a lot easier to find a place for them in a cramped desk is this is the BEST channel for ITX cases. Thank you for another great vid!
Nice review mate! You got me hooked on SFF PCs few month's ago and now I'm building my third setup in tiny cases: Meshlicious, RAW S1, NR200P and special mention A09 HTPC case (3.8L) office pc with Pico PSU and 5600G. I'm glad I own the 3070 FE though, no clearance issues so far!
Really appreciate, what you bring to the PC gaming community. Some people like modern sleek disgn and have outgrown the colorful rgb hotwheels look. It baffles me for years now how peripherals and general hardware isnt made to appeal to adults. Most of us that can afford high end gaming these days are people with jobs and family that don't want an eyseore.
Finally, air-cooled sff with no riser, capable of large coolers and smaller, than NR200. Please check fitting different air coolers, especially Thermalright PA120
Thank you for this video. My last ITX build was an thermal disaster.. This build is solid. I´ve copied your setup with the 7800x3d for VR Flightsim gaming. Works great. Looks great. I have one improvement: use the angled cable of Moddiy for the GPU. "ATX 3.0 PCIe 5.0 600W 8 Pin to Angled 12VHPWR"
I'm tempted to build something similar as my next build to upgrade from my current 2080ti system, but with potentially implementing Direct Die cooling, Ali has got me hooked on the SFF builds.
Cool case, wanted to change my nr200p to this one. I would also like to see the temperatures inside the case and the memory temperature in heavy games (stress test)
there is a feeling of satisfaction when you bring an ITX PC to your friend house and then they surprised your tiny PC have 10x the performance than your friend Console or PC
Hoping to see 7800X3D on 240mm cooler figures at some point.. Itching to swap my 9900K for one inside the M1 at some point this year, but i'd love to see concrete temperature figures before starting to plan everything out.. Also dying to see your custom mouse with the wheel in situ..
drooling over this build. I cannot wait to build my first PC at the end of this summer. I will be using this as a reference build. I think starting with a 4090 might be a bit much for me seeing as its my first build, but thinking about a 4070. Will be using it for some gaming but primarily as a data science machine learning rig.
At last a creator that knows how to setup and a manufacturer that have made it possible. Gpu shroud out and cpu direct intake are the one ways to do the job properly. In AIO the back would be the exhaust and AIO could blow inside.
With the "Noctua Slim 140" you have linked to "Noctua NF-A14x15" which doesn't seem to exist anywhere. Where can these be found, or similar alternatives?
bought a 4080super this year but still running the £30 atx case i bought off facebook marketplace 7 years ago! this vid got me interested in upgrading/downsizing mobo + case though.
Dang it man. I hate how easily you can sell these SFF cases to me. If I wasn't in love with my current tower (and frankly if i had the cash) I'd absolutely already have checked some of these out. One day I'll join in on the SFF insanity :D
Under the desk? be careful, you may end with 700watt of heat with nowhere to go, or even recirculating into the case...but yeah, it can feel nice during that winter
I am so glad you're back to reviewing ITX cases it feels like its been awhile, love your stuff as always man! can't wait for more ITX stuff
don't think there has been many new cases tho right?
I think they all went on the back burner the second 3 slot gpu's became the norm

7800x3d laughing at the 7950x3d right now
Facts
Crying with my 7950x3d😅
@@ghost15214 you can give it to me and stop crying 😂
Do you know the monitor he's using by any chance?
Yes but the 7959x3d is much much better as an all rounder cpu since the 7800x3d is only good for gaming and not much else
Well written and concise review. Thanks for keeping us up to date with the latest ITX releases
I just find ITX builds which turn out fitting so nicely to be so satisfying

In the same boat here switched from my O11 mini to the SSUPD meshlicious no regrets at all
very jealous when i see my partners nr200p next to my o11 air mini. crazy how much power you can fit in there.

You using the Arctic cooling fan in this case instead of some ridiculously overprice fan makes me so happy.
Always the cleanest itx builds. Love it.

the airflow of GPU is totally wrong. Hot air is going down.....
@@asimovnicholas471 convection doesn't matter when you have mechanical airflow. No amount of convention will overpower your intake/exhaust fans.

That's very impressive, I didn't think you would be able to get such temps with that setup, really cool stuff, no pun intended
can’t wait for the liquid cooled 4090 build! Great content as always!
Gimme Gimme Gimme. Im waiting for him to give me the input i need to build it myself :)
My last gaming rig was built in the DAN-A4-H20 based on your review. I highly recommend Dan cases now.
No one puts out videos that i look forward to more. Another amazing one!
Bro your videos are unmatched man, I legit have to resist the urge to repost your stuff on my inst story
finally another maxed out build. the completely water cooled sff is still my fave

I dont know why but I really like these dummy beefy ITX builds.
You are going to hit 1M subs very fast! I promise) Love this channel
The P14 is an absolute beast for negative pressure use cases.
That's it. You've convinced me to go itx.
Gonna use the same case, cooler and PSU.
King of ITX !! looks amazing
Small factor and on air. Can't get any better than that. Sexy build gg
Best UA-camr for competent and critical reviews. For me, same level as MKBHD but for cases, overclocking, gaming and lifestyle hardware. Thank you
still using the SF750?!?! that thing is just chugging along. I'm SO happy to see it can run the top tier equipment even 2 years after I bought it
This is my new case! Perhaps it would be interesting to compare D12L vs C14s in this case?
the counter at the end of noise demostration... perfection.
These look stunning, I hope we will be able to get hold of them in the uk soon!
Great Video @Optimum Tech Wich length did you choose for the "Moddiy custom 12VHPWR"
Dan knocked it out of the park here. i love inverted cases for itx.
Finally, air-cooled sff with no riser, capable of large coolers and smaller, than NR200. Please check fitting different air coolers, especially Thermalright PA120
if its taller than 145mm it wont fit SS135 does
I definitely need to see this watercooled

My next build right here!! Love this one thank you optimum.
I love my Dan A4 H2O but damn this really takes the cake for compatibility
Wow.... That set up is exactly what I'd go for. I love noctua air cooling. I'm a fan boy

We need this same build water cooled!! Great stuff!!
Really nice build, it looks amazing as well!
This case is out of stock everywhere 👺
DanA4 is just getting bigger and bigger with every model :D

The 7800x3d will run cooler than the 9900k definitely, so if your current build can handle 9900k, you should have no problems.
my 7800X3D runs max at 50W in 4k gaming. I bet an boxed cooler would keep it down too.
Please go ahead with the nr200 comparison, that would be awesome!
Every pc you build is so damn sensational its insane.
I love this guy, the pc so compact which is nice 👍
The case (and review) we have been waiting for!

DAN Case H2O is just the best. 4090, 7800X3d with an aio. Sub 11L. Like it.
This is really cool. I think now I know what I'll build for summer.
Yes you can fit 4090 in the Ncase M1.

7800x3d Formd T1 looks to be the ultimate setup
LETS GOOOOOOOOOO
Damn this is so good to watch.
Definitely getting this case.
Can you imagine the price tag on this?
It's not the ITX design that hooked me, it's the design that allows me to put the unit at my left side. So many cases are right handed.
Bruh this build can run better graphics than my eyes lol. Majestic job as always, truly art
Love this build
I can't find the noctua slim 140mm fan. Link takes me to Amazon which has all120mm

Felt like drifting through space with those tiny dust particles!
really like the feet design, never thought the panels of dan cases looked very nice though, even compared to other vented panels
I wish I waited for this release! I ended up with an NR200, but this gives me buyers remorse

I see in some shots the D12L is in different orientations? which one is the optimal one
Patiently awaiting the 4080/4090 GPU ITX custom loop video...
What was the length on the moddiy cable?
Nice build. How long is the Moddiy custom 12VHPWR cable you have? is it Cable style. HD Single Sleeved ?
this is great, i will get one for next winter to keep my house warm. will save on heating bill in the process.
And now that I finally got to the point of ordering one, it's discontinued. New version comming next year...

Under the desk? be careful, you may end with 700watt of heat with nowhere to go, or even recirculating into the case...but yeah, it can feel nice during that winter
Bros muscles has more processing power than that cpu
is the noctua fan intake coming from the rear of the case? and exhausting out the side artic fan?
