Making Diy table saw using circular saw, so many comment about the blade cover that why i made that plus with dusr cover feature. i give riving knife for safety cut and avoid kickvack
this is really help me for working and I am very pleased with the results and would recommend making one yourself

Nice work!
Some tips for the riving knife:
- Should have the same thickness as the saw blade (diffcult to realize...)
- Should be on the same level or just below the saw blade (easy to realize, you made the height adjustable)
- Should be away from the saw blade 3-5mm, yours is more than 1cm, if I see correctly.
But again, nice job!

My blade thick with teet only 2.5mm, i choice 2mm for thick steel coz more easy setup than i choice 3mm, if cut large panel very difficult with thickness 3mm. I setup guide on right same with blade on right coz i use fence on right side.
I often setup like for my all table saw. Almost all kick back on right side if use fence on right side

Nice work! Well done! The riving knife is a good safety feature. The plexiglass allows you to see any accumulation of saw dust and debris. Will you be putting a dust collection tube inside the plexiglass cover?The saw is coming along very well. 👍

Asalamualaikum,mas maap saya punya circular Saw 7 inch udah sy buat seperti yg mas buat cuman Blade nya masih yg 7 inch,kalau sy ganti Blade pake yg 10 inch merek bull,bisa ga mas🙏🙏🙏

Klo csya gk bermerek krng recomended, min pake merek maktec bosch ato makita. Klo merek dibawah itu resiko beban yg ditanggung mesin terlalu gedhe. Tp klo emg gk ada masalah bs dicoba
