    This was a very thorough review. Unfortunately, it seems that Level 3 is no longer available at Michaels.

      I've only seen it in bulk packs now. I guess it wasn't as successful as they thought it was going to be.

    Is there ay kind of softener for paint in tube.
    My box of paint dry out almost totally after several years of neglect.
    It might be wonderful to revive them to usable condition.
    I am thanking you in advance for kind response.

      I don't know of any technique to revive dried acrylic paint. You could try to add a little water and work it around in the tube. This would thin the paint slightly but could do the trick if they haven't fully dried out yet.

      I never have used Folkart so I'll have to look into getting some!
