Sir, why you used TL431 with PC817? When i made inverter i see with only PC817 also can work proper Voltage Feedback for DC DC side. But making problem at higher load. Is it happening for no use TL431? But why? Please reply sir.

Yes better to have a snubber circuit to minimize spike on wave form..
