What is parasitic inductance of your traces on PCB ? How you mitigate that ? Are this traces capable to carry such current at 40 *C ambient all day long ?
@Electronic_For_You then some other MOSFET in parallel heats up To clarify below is the connection i have 6 MOSFET for each side of primary, ie 6 parallel MOSFET(irf1404) for one side of primary winding and another 6 for the order primary winding ...(In ur case u had 4 paralleled..) Input is 30khz, ... 12V
There are lots of things that can make MOSFET heating, Ic failure , check the output signal , and Transformer turns difference between primary half can also make one side MOSFET heating

Yea my suspect is i used 2mm wire for 3-0-3 , and the winding is not 100% in shape I say. ..may be switch to a small capacity transformer?? Recreated the design with 2 , 4, 6 parallel MOSFET (irf44N, irf3205, also 60n60 igbt ).. but same only 1 heats up in parallel, if I switch the primary sides then another MOSFET heats in the other parallel group I too doubt the low winding resistance and inductance ...
Hello. A very good project and I want to repeat it. As I understand in the description, the cost of a different circuit with an EE28 transformer and a power of 500 watts. What changes need to be made to get a 700-1000 watt inverter?
I have followed the same EGS002 module and EG8010 datasheet schematic of low power frequency transformer for making 500W inverter. Currently I am facing an issue with voltage loss under load condition that is initially when I turn on the Inverter, it starts smooth with 230V 0.5A AC but as I connect the load of 100W its voltage drops to the 110V and starts decreasing gradually. Same issue happening with the drill machine, when I trigger the drill machine voltage starts decreasing. Please help me to resolve this issue, ands feel free to reply if someone faced the same issue previously. Thanks ;)

Да Это мой первый проект синусоидального инвертора! И в этой схеме так много проблем, которые нужно исправить, большинство проблем на вторичной стороне 👍 Я рекомендую вам сделать инвертор на основе модуля SG3525+LM358, который доступен на AliExpress, он решает множество сложных задач.

If you switch the primary side and other side MOSFET heats , then it's a Transformer problem,

This circuit is not well optimized, I recommend using the SG3525+LM358 Module

I never had this problem, I think the issue is your transformer
