    Phil speaks truth. As a former pro natural bodybuilder, my motto has always been 'do it light, and do it right'. focus on control over numbers. When you alreeady got 16+ inch arms, then there is literally nothing this guy can teach you, except how to run a cycle of roids to get 21 inch.
      You will NEVER get anywhere near 20 with ANY kind of unique way of training and you know this already.
      We are just all suppose to watch this video and pretend we dont know whats going on.

    • @jamiebenson6079
      @jamiebenson6079 2 роки тому +14

      @@luffebassen its a given he's on steroids, that doesn't make his training advice any less valuable. Were supposed to watch this video and not discredit someone's wisdom simply because their not natty

    • @luffebassen
      @luffebassen 2 роки тому

      @@jamiebenson6079 So you clearly not understood what i just wrote.
      Let me repeat it once more just for you.
      If you have worked your way up to 16 inch arms, then 95% of people ( my guesstimation) will have reached close to their genetic max and if you would want to get just 1 inch increase over the next like 5-10 years, then you need to be SUPER serious about it and most people are simply not THAT serious, even if they think they train hardcore.
      Iv personally only just reached 16 in the last few years from doing another form of training. I was stuck at 15 for most of my adult life, despite pushing it hard the first 20 years.
      So my point is, that NOTHING this guy is gonna show you, is gonna get u anywhere near 20 inch arms, let alone 21.
      Simply not possible without gear AAANNNDD if you already got 16 inch arms, then you MOST likely already know how to train correctly.
      So this video should not help u in anyway, unless u are an airhead.
      He said or showed nothing i didn`t already know and im no pro bodybuilder.
      Secondly - Adwise from roids users are often useless to natty guys.
      People on roids can get away with tons of stuff that are not gonna fly if you are natty, such as having a messed up diet or skipping too much sleep of not doing full range of motion or not working hard enough.
      If you are on the right type of gear and you are responding above Avg. to gear usage, then you can get away with tons of stuff that would have set a natty guy back for years.
      You need to have things MUCH more dialed in as a natty if u want to push the envelope.
      So as a natty, you are better off following other natty guys, because they will tell you what u need to hear.
      Ofc a guy on roids can show you have to move a weight optimally.
      But im talking overall training adwise here.

    tips to actually implement for best results (for myself or anyone else coming across this)
    - prioritize time under tension - hold for 5 seconds at the end of each set
    - technique>reps,weights,etc
    - when it gets harder later in the set/workout, focus even more on your technique - DO NOT lose technique.
    - start small, PERFECT your form, then increase progression
    - 90% of reps in a set must be done with perfect form
    - try to make your last set better than your first

      I was doing this to low key specify that one needs to take roids and that it has ZERO with the training.
      And THATS what they are not mentioning in the video.
      They are fooling naive people with this nonsense.
