I'm the same - I've tried tons of bags and always come back to my original PRVKE 31L. But now with the updates like luggage pass-through I'm so tempted to get the new version. I think you've sold me on it... and also the Lite and maybe the 41L too? (I have a bag problem)
Great review Dunna. I know it's an old review now, but in the process of pulling the plug on the 21L or 31L. Already have the 6L sling. My intention is for the backpack as a carry on and use the sling as a personal item. ie 6 + 21or 6 + 31. The bigger bag to transport cloths and drone & sling with camera gear. The 6L mainly used when walking. I think this would be a great set-up for a weekend / week city break etc. My big question to yourself is - With your powers of persuasion, any chance of giving Wandrd a nudge in regards the interior ie - Ford model T (black). I'm sure they would sell more bags if the interior was colour co-ordinated like the Lite backpack. Cheers.
I had the new version 41L and 31L at home and decided the keep the 41L for my larger needs travel bag. (Supposedly will be allowed as carry on). The new features clinched it as I sent back the old 31L about a year ago. I'm 6' and the 41L lower pad and belt fit my frame better for what may be longer hikes. Can't wait to give it a go. Thanks for the very thorough and quick review!
had the 31L for a few years. just got the 41L and it's a way better fit for me, plus it's not that much bigger overall so it still fits under the airplane seat in front of me. I have the A1 and A7iii along with several lenses and works great. I really like the WANDRD line, very happy.

I'm 1.90 x 95 kg tall, are you saying that the 41 liters I am wearing could pass as hand luggage to be stored under the seat of the plane? I wanted to put a Canon R5 with 50mm 1.8, a 16-35 2.8, and clothing for 3 days. what do you think?
Ergonomics were actually pretty solid before, but the small adjustments to cube cover and pocket positions are nice! Wandrd is really on top of the feedback

@@dunnadidit I went ahead and just got the 21 liter just to try and see if i can get away with the smaller bag. If not, hopefully they will let me exchange for a larger size. Will report back once i get it and see how it fits my gear.
hey nice job on the video - the count down timer makes it easy to watch and the chapters really help too (even for short video like this one). the prvke is a great bag for sure (have the 21L and 31L) .. especially great for travel because they are tough, water resistant without the cover and don't look like camera bags (attract less attention and it's a good looking bag); also the roll top is great for when you really need a little more room temporarily. Best feature overall though is they are super comfortable, especially when you use the hip belt. You can put in a lot of gear and wear it all day with minimal discomfort (and really comfy for less than all day .. as in you look forward to putting it on). Downside on the 21L when using the pro cube that fills the whole bag is the separation between the two compartments gets in the way of the gear that spans both sections. But, it let me take a lot of gear, really well protected, in a small bag that can expand if needed. 31L with the pro cube that just uses the bottom is great with free space on the top part. Using mirrorless so I don't have an issue with the size of the side opening that larger format cameras can have. I think the prvke is the best of all the wandrd products and they were very smart on the updates - listen to customers and improved what people wanted better and kept the overall design which was great. So, home run for Wandrd on this one.
That lite looks like exactly what I need! The cube concept is great, but I'm too lazy and I never take my cube out of my bag, so I would rather have the compact size... or maybe I need another camera setup to put in a second cube!
I bought the Prvke 21L after I saw your very first review. I found it was still too big for my small frame and became really uncomfortable quickly for my narrow shoulders. I still love it though, I like the style and the features, but I don't use it as much as I could. It's nice they came out with an even smaller version. It seems like most camera bag manufactures design bags with the Male frame in mind. It's incredibly frustrating.
That totally makes sense! My wife always has issues with the straps not being able to get tight enough. Hopefully the lite fixes that for some people!!
I'm somewhat jealous. Although, I love my original WANDRD PRVKE 31L, and think it's an amazing camera bag. This new design has some amazing improvements. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a camera bag.
Got the 31 L and I can’t wait to take it on adventures. Have the duffles that have been with me all over the place but I’m excited about this smaller wandrd. You did good with the time. I would not have been able to restrict my enthusiasm for these bags in such a short amount of time 😂

After testing the original Wandrd PRVKE, the new features which would be a worthwhile upgrade is the strong magnets on the handles, the extra room in the 41L, no flappy flap on the cube, and MORE ZIPPER pockets on the inside!!!
Just measured out the 41L but the back section is juuuuusssssst 17in tall so I’d say there’s probably not quite enough room to fit them in there without folding.
I love this bag but hate the roll top. I wish they made a Prvke with a magnetic flap like the Boundary Supply Errant. Also, more magnets and less Velcro.
@@dunnadidit Lol. Perhaps ‘hate’ was a strong word. I appreciate the expandability and the aesthetics of a rolltop. I just like a quick access top and a rolltop is the antithesis to that. Since we concur on the magnets, I wonder if they could replace the velcro on the rolltop with some strip magnets or something (whenever I would open the rolltop in a quiet environment, it was like opening a bag of chips in a movie theater). And I wouldn’t mind a magnet fidlock or something instead of the hook and loop.
I used an ND filter, but I also shot in S-Log3 which allowed me to retain SO MUCH dynamic range instead of blowing out the skies or losing details in the shadows.
Killer video as always even if you don’t meet the time limit the first time. I have been using the 31L and gosh I really love it for trips with the family for camera stuff and personal stuff with that rolltop. It has been my travel bag essentially. It’s just super comfortable as well. Tempting to change it over to my daily carry but I still like my other bag to just can’t make up my mind lol 🤣🤣🤣
I really wanted to get the PGYTECH onego bag but I when I preordered it they burned me and said that I wouldn’t be receiving one so they just refunded my money. I wasn’t super into the PRVKE lineup before but this might have actually changed my mind.

Definitely in the 41. Most likely in the 31. I don’t use a battery grip but I often have cages and L brackets on my cameras and they still fit in my 31L

Is it big enough to hold a larger DSLR such as a 5d mark iv or is it only big enough for mirrorless cameras?
The 31L would definitely fit a dslr. Most likely all of them would if you arranged them properly.
So would the 41L then be deep enough to fit something like the C70???

I think you should be good there, you might have to break down the gimbal a bit but I’m pretty sure that would all fit even in the smallest one.
