*What camera bag do you use or which one do you want?*
Dunna Did It for travel camera bag I use peak design everyday backpack but for just film shoots or major projects I use lowepro protactic450aw
Nice! I have the Peak design everyday messenger and it’s pretty awesome!
@@dunnadidit peak design knows how to make cool looking bags..!
Agreed! And I love Peak and WANDRD because they both started as small companies on Kickstarter and make such amazing stuff.
Am not using bag . Like your video keep going man
Great review! Definitely made me feel good about my purchase. Perfect bag!
I snagged the 21L. I'm really impressed. Especially since I have narrow shoulders/ small frame. So much gratitude to Wandrd for taking women/ small framed individuals into consideration.
This bag is super comfortable and dare I say it, intuitive. I'm so glad I saw this video. I've been on the hunt for a new bag for over a year. THANK YOU!!
That’s so awesome Jen! I’m so glad you are liking it! Better find a spot for the notebook coming your way 😉
Hahaha thanks . I'm way ahead of you. :-D
Probably the best review of this bag so far. I have this bag. To be honest, I’ve struggled to get used to the way it carries. I’ve also had it for 6 months. I’m going to persevere until a year’s out but I’m not sure. Thank for the great review.
Oh man I love utility, I need one of these bags in my life! Great video!
Yes! Seriously they are so good! I don’t know that the perfect bag truly exists outside of the Harry Potter universe, but this one is pretty close for me.
Really enjoy this bag as well! Use it almost daily for my photography and it is so nice to travel with. Great review and agree with all points you said. It looks amazing!
That’s awesome Jesse! Thanks for the kind words!
Can you use it for a weekend trip without cameras? Just for your clothes etc.
100% you can! You can remove the camera cube and load it up!
I’m so excited! I’m getting this backpack tomorrow! It’s second hand but apparently they offer a lifetime guarantee!!! ❤️😍
I hope you love it as much as I do!
Love my PRVKE31. Camera cube is awesome with plenty of room for other gear. After many backpack disappointments, this one is my keeper.
Nice!!
Said it before, will say it again. Man, love you and your content!
Ah thanks so much!!
That is an incredibly well-thought out bag.
I couldn’t agree more
Thanks for the link! Been eyeing this bag for a while but wasn't sure it would fit two mirrorless bodies and the lenses. Now however I'm sold!
I’ve tested so many bags over the past couple years... always go back to this one.
Thanks so much for this review/update of your experience with this bag. It has made my decision much easier since I couldn't decide on the 21L or 31L. I'm 5'10" and need one camera and travel bag to fit my build without added weight. I think this one will make my life easier. I have the Langly Alpha Pro, which is an amazing camera bag, but it's too bulky for me.
That’s great to hear Teresa! Always glad to know that my videos are helpful!
I've had the 31L for about 4 years now, and just bought a new one because the old one started to break down. I've absolutely loved using it and have probably taken it on a plane about 20 times. It lacks a some organizational pockets which is unfortunately, but I also picked up a tech organizer which has helped with that. Solid review!
I did the same, little tech organizer and I’m good!
How well does this fit under the plane seat?
@@brackodejacko It fits pretty well. I usually have mine pretty packed out with the roll top extended, and it's always passed as a "laptop bag". If you don't extend the rolltop with stuff, it'll fit nice and snug under the plane seat. Just might not have all the leg room in the world, but it works.
Was deciding between this and the Peak Design EDC, but I think this might be the winner. Love the extended top for clothing
Ok lunch break Dunna videos make for a decent Monday! APS-C for life baby
Haha love it!!
Love this bag, don’t know if I will ever replace it. Plus 1 for using the Pentax as your camera model!
Haha I basically just made this video for you it seems 😂😉
I ordered the 21L love it, but and going to exchange for the 31 after seeing your video. I too have lots of gear and think the extra size may be the way to go. Hopefully it won't hurt my back. Thanks for a great review! BEST OF SUCCESS TO YOU. =)
Yeah I had to do the same thing! Hopefully the 31L works out well for you!
Yep. I own it. It's a killer bag for all of the reasons you've mentioned. The quibbles are small issues. The cube is not actually difficult to get out, but I hear ya. Great pack job. Lots of good ideas for next-level GAS. 😊
I bought this one and used it last month, & its hella good worth the money 👌👌👌
Nice! Thanks for back(pack)ing me up on my recommendation!
This joke was terrible and I’m not sorry about it. 😂
its good to know you can fit your camera stuff and 7 days of clothes! im looking for a backpack that can do that!
Years later this is still my favorite bag.
Does the rolled up piece at the top extend the volume of the backpack to 31L or is that part of the 31L?
I'm hooked on the Bagsmart bags but this thing is DOPE for real.
Bagsmart is pretty solid, I sold a bagsmart one when I got this one. My biggest issue with the model that I had was that it was really bulky and the bag itself was HEAVY. But I still use some of their stuff. Like my little organizer thing I mentioned! Great value brand!
@@dunnadidit Yessss they are kinda bulky. I'll probably have to spend more money now. I don't appreciate that. Lol.
Haha! I’m sorry and you’re welcome!
Can you fit this bag underneath airplane seat? For the flight, I'm planning on only storing my macbook and the camera cube. Nothing will be in the upper storage component.
Amazing Content man!
Thanks so much dude!
WANDRD PRVKE 31 - these are dimensions for hand luggage in the aircraft cabin ?
I like to fly without luggage
Nice video on this original version, but to clarify, were you using the PRVKE 31L with the Photography Bundle (large cube)? (I'm thinking about that configuration for a Nikon Z7 (mirrorless - no grip) and several lenses (longest being a 70-300 f/4.5-5.6). Do you think that this 31L would be a good option for that kit? Thank you.
This bag has become my everyday bag. Office day, Shoot, Day Trip..this bag fits for almost everything. For Traveling, you forgot to mention this little passport pocket which is very helpful ;)
The passport pocket that lays against your back? I definitely got that in there 😉 that’s awesome that this is your “everything” bag too!
@@dunnadidit exactly that little pocket that lays against your back :)
Yeah I definitely talked about that one 😉 right around 4:28
That Roll Top is badass and the Passport Pocket is the best wish more brands did that.
Pretty dope right!
I can't wait to the SwitchPod to come out!!!!!! Can't wait to get one!!!
I’m pretty stoked too!
Good review, thanks
Thanks so much Derek!
Great video! I sooooo want this bag. Do you know which size packing cube would be best for the top compartment?
You mean like a 3rd party packing cube for clothes or something? Or are you talking about their camera cubes)
Yes! For clothes when you’re in travel mode. I just ordered the 31L (thanks to your video). You think it can fit a large sized packing cube and a small toiletry kit in the top section?
Love this review. I'm gonna look at this bag - in the flesh tomorrow. My concern is its capacity to hold a camera body with a 70-300 lens attached plus whatever else I may wish. I don't like to travel with my camera body without lens. Just my way of doing things.
Thanks for the bag review. Was wondering since the bag opens up that way with the main compartment, is it TSA friendly? Or do you still have to take out the laptop out?
I'm not 100% sure about this, but i feel like I saw something that said you could just fold it open and that was enough. You might want to double check with WANDRD though.
Question, do you find that you can have as a personal item when flying?
Thinking of picking up the 21 in blue, however I’m the same height as you so I hope it doesn’t look too small
It’s not actually that much smaller on the outside, from what I remember. You mostly notice getting more space inside.
This is a great review and whatever works for you is awesome but as someone who shoots film a lot of the time it always blows my mind how much gear digital shooters carry to get a few good shots
Do you think the lower compartment of this bag is big enough to fit 2 pairs of US 12 shoes in? I'm considering this bag as a gym/cycle commuter bag as I could keep my shoes separate from my clothes while still being able to carry my laptop and bike lock.
Hmmm, I think as long as they aren’t bulky shoes you should be good.
Hi Dunna,
I am seeking for a camera everyday backpack for my Nikon D750 with 24-120 and for my 15" laptop. I was thinking about buying this Wandrd Prvk 31 or Nya Evo fjord 36 ( Also, I will use the backpack for hiking or traveling in the snowy area). I would like to know if this backpack fits a FullFrame Dslr well if the padding diverters are good because they seem to be slim (is that safe for the D750? ) and if this backpack would be ok for activities also.
I would probably recommend the prvke 31L but mostly because I know and love that one and I don’t know about the nya evo fjord.
I have a question, I don't really see you using a Gimbal. With my Sony A7IV, I feel like it's required and my DJI RSC2 takes some pretty serious space. Do you carry that separately or not use one? Just curious.
I rarely use a gimbal. I find them kind of annoying for the kinds of things I shoot. Great results when I do use them, but it’s give and take.
Quick question... who makes that little bag you keep your charges and hard drives in. Thanks in advance and thanks for the great info!
Hey! It’s by a company called Bagsmart. Here’s a link: kit.com/dunnadidit/all-my-youtube-filmmaking-gear/bagsmart-double-laye
Hi, Im thinking about buying one. Currently Im deciding between F-Stop Dalston and this one either 21 or 31 L version. Usually I cary 1 DSLR camera + 3 lenses (2 small 1 big) + some filters + small tripod (37cm) + powerbank + cables + spare battery + water bottle (0,7l)
May I ask you which one would you choose?
Also Id like to know you can buy this bag with photographer bundle, but what happens when you buy it without it? Like what will you have instead of that cube? Is it still possible to carry my photogear without that bundle?
I've never used the Fstopper bag so I cant tell you about that but I definitely suggest the 31L. And if you buy it without the camera cube, you just get a big empty space there, you can remove the divider from the top. andbottom parts to make it one BIG opening.
@ dunna Ordered my first camera. A6500 with sigma 16 and sigma 30. 🤩🤩. Gotta an amazing deal used body In more or less perfect condition with the two lenese brand new. Around 1500 pounds sterling 😍 can't beat it
That’s so awesome! Good for you Kevin! You’re gonna love it!
Hey guys, will the 31 liter prvke fit the new razer blade pro 17” 2019 width - 15.55”, length 10.24” and .78” thick
Bro did you figure that out? I’m having the same question. Looking for a bag for my 17” laptop
I just bought the 21L version and was trying to figure out where to put my capture clip. I noticed that you had yours on the strap sewn in on top of the actual bag's strap itself, and I was wondering how secure it is. I generally walk around with an A7R III and the 24-70 GM so the setup is super heavy and want to risk that strap failing on me.
It actually holds on there really well! I tried it on the elastic ones on the other side and that even worked decent too but I preferred the more rigid one.
Would this fit the Sony 70 to 200? Also is it too big to use as a personal item when traveling?
It will fit it for sure, it will take up most of the length of the camera cube though as long as you’re ok with that.
Yes I used it as a personal item on my way to Toronto. I think technically it might be bigger than it’s supposed to be but I haven’t had any problem on 4 or 5 round trip flights now
That bag is cold!
do you think this bag would function well as a school bag? carrying lots of textbooks, exercise books, a jumper etc
Yeah I certainly think so, you can pull the camera cube out if you want more space or to make it all one big compartment too.
Does the 21l version for a gimbal?
Thanks for making this video! Not sure if I missed it but does a peak design capture clip fit on the straps and does fit under a seat on a plane?
I didn’t think that the peak fit for a long time but it does with a little squishing. And it fits under the seat of “most” airplanes. I’ve had a few where it didn’t but 90% worked.
Dunna Did It thanks for the reply! I’m deciding between this and the 30L peak design everyday pack. I love how the peak looks but this looks way more functional and I love all the pockets on this bag!
Really like that bag. I just bought the Lowepro Viewpoint CS 250. So far it has been my favorite bag that I have used. It is basically the same as the Lowepro Ubex 20L, just a little bigger and more straps on the outside. Works very similar to your's but doesn't open from the back and has a zipper on the top compartment instead of the roll.
Nice! Kind of a 2 part backpack?
The PRVKE 21 is literally the bag I've been waiting for my whole photographic life. It is about as perfect as a bag gets. Over the last two plus years, it's traveled with me across 3 continents and is my daily carry to work. I rarely leave home without it. I wish it had lockable zippers (though there are workarounds to secure them) but that's about it. Worth every penny!
Nice Timothy! Thanks for sharing!!
With the camera cube, do you have much leftover space for clothes?
In both the 21L and 31L there is lots of space in the roll top for clothes! With the 31L I brought a full week worth of stuff once!
Does it fit a 17” laptop? With 15 1/2” W and 10 1/4”H
Hi Dunna, I came here seeing you in Jeven Dovey video. Liked the contents of your channel. And you have in. I subscribed and bell. Expecting to see more some unique content in the future.
Thanks so much for coming over from Jeven! Always happy to have a fellow Canadian following along!
LowerPro Protactic 450. 7 countries and lots of use, it's been a tough and good performing bag. However; when I see your bags I feel like I want those too :)
It's great looking bag and feature pack! Bummer... I just replaced my bag at the beginning of the year. Great Video!
What bag did you end up getting?
@@dunnadidit I got the Lowepro Flipside 400 AW. It's a good camera backpack. But, It is definitely not as versatile WANDRD PRVKE. :(
Lowepro makes some great stuff though. Maybe you can snag this one eventually too it’s nice to have a few options depending on the day.
I have that bag and I'm trying to figure out how you fit 7 days of clothes in the roll top!!!!
Hi! Does a MacBook Pro 16” fits in the computer compartment?
It should!
I had the PD 20L for a year but my back couldnt get used to it. I just received the prvke 31l lets see how it goes.
I hope you love it!!
I’m already loving it. I didn’t get the cube. Just the travel kit. And the quality it’s on pair with peak design.
Hi! how easy/troublesome for you to go through airport security checks? :)
It’s relatively easy other than all the camera gear that I carry. But the bag never causes any issue.
Can this bag securely carry a 70-200mm f/4 (e.g. Canon), a wide angle and a standard zoom? Also would the 31L version be too big for someone who's 5'9?
I carry 2 bodies, a wide angle, standard zoom, 70-200, and a 50mm 👍🏻
It might be a little big but it just depends on whether you like/dislike a big bag. When the rolltop is down it’s not so big
@@dunnadidit wait you can fit all that in the camera cube? Or with the space above the cube as well? I don't mind a bigger bag but I just don't wanna look like a nomad when travelling in the city 😂
Superb!!!! Thanks for this great help. I heard about this bag and considering to get one. Is it a cabin size? Planning to travel the world for long period of time and it come across as one option, what do you think about that?
Yeah! I have taken it on 3 different flights now, all with the top packed full and had no issue. I’m not sure if it technically fits the dimensions so you might want to check into that but I made it through without a question.
Dunna Did It how about with the roll top rolled up and the bag not really fully loaded, could I jam it under the seat in front of me? Not too rigid? Asking because of an upcoming trip where I already have an overhead carry on with my clothes. I would need this to be the “under the seat” bag. Thanks
That was how I took it, stuffed under the seat in front. It was definitely tight but it worked.
between this bag and the duo, which do you prefer? I am looking for a new bag.
That’s very difficult. I’d probably say this one but I do love both!
I have 77 inch tripod and i can not cary it verticly on this backpac it is too big to strap to the bottom
Sounds like maybe you need to look into a travel tripod?
Hi, where i can find/buy the “every day organizer” like your?? (min. 6.03). Thanks
geni.us/dunnacablecube
Dunna Did It 🤩TNX so much
No worries!
Hey Dunna,
Let me start by saying that this was an awesome review and it gave me a clear picture.
I have a doubt though and I was hoping you could help me out here.
Question is I have an Alienware 15R4 (15.6 inches) and so I was curious about it fitting into the laptop compartment, what do you think?
Second question is I would love to carty my tripod and 1L bottle with me. So, are there 2 straps at the bottom of the bag to hold the tripod? Since some of the other Wandrd bags have them.
Answers to these 2 questions will decide my purchase.
Thanks alot Dunna for the anazing video...loved it❤
Hey! Unfortunately I’m not sure on the size of your laptop but my MacBook Pro 15” fits in there with some room to spare.
The backpack does come with straps to attach a tripod if you don’t want to use the water bottle pocket for that!
Hope that helps!
@@dunnadidit the laptop is thick...I might just take a risk...
The bottom straps os a good idea...
Thanks for helping out....
And by the way, I haven't met a UA-camr who replies to each and every comment irrespective of the time the video was made and beimg commented on.
And for that Sir, You are a True Legend!
Can the peak design capture fit on the shoulder strap? cause the strap looks a little bit wide😂
You have to squish the strap a bit but I have it on there now and it works great!
Wow that's a cool 2 in 1 video
SOO EXCITING!
@@dunnadidit I know
Awesome! Have you ever tried to put this bag under the seat of airplane as personal item? had any problem? Kind regards
Done it many times! It has fit 95% of the time. There was one weird plane where something was getting in the way.
@@dunnadidit great!! thanks for the info bro!
He is so simple I ove it
@dunnadidit It looks like a sturdy bag for sure. I'm not a fan of roll top or drawstring top bags as I like a little more ease of entry and organization rather than just a big all-in-one top compartment. I've gotten away from the feat of packing all in one bag. Especially when flying because on that off chance there is no more overhead room left, you will have to gate check a bag. My biggest thing is comfort...and even though I CAN carry everything in one big bag, I don't enjoy it. SO I fly with the AWAY roll-aboard bag and a backpack. For my backpack I have chosen the Think Tank Photo Urban Approach 15. I have carried this to Toronto, Washington DC, London & England countryside, and Nigeria. It has a nice laptop and ipad storage area in addition to being able to carry loads of camera gear and a tripod if needed. It will fit under any airline seat or overhead. I absolutely love it. The form factor is really nice and compact yet provides ample storage without looking like you are toting all your gear with you.
For smaller out and abouts, I love my Billingham Small Pro shoulder bag. I can easily fit my a6500, Sigma 16, 30, & 56...and maybe even the 18-105 if I get creative on the internal compartment setup. I really want to get about 3-4 other Billingham bag styles, but I have to pace myself. Do you have a bag you prefer to carry for the lighter load or when you want to force yourself to not take everything?
Awesome! Thanks for sharing! I honestly never have trouble with ease of entry on this bag, the rolltop is quicker than you'd think. It takes no longer than a zipper. I definitely hear you about not wanting to gate check your bag, luckily I haven't run into this yet. As for something for the lighter load, I typically just kind of de-load this bag and put it in its minimal state. In fact, that's how it is a lot of the time. But every once in a while if I want even less or don't feel like reorganizing, I have the Peak Design everyday messenger that is super nice to toss a few things in and throw over my shoulder. I do want to check into those away cases you mentioned, I've heard good things!
How do you find the weather resistance? Does any rain seep through the zip at the top if you are out in the rain?
It’s been great! No water seeping in my experience! Definitely been caught out in the rain a couple times too.
Thanks for your reply! Can it fit a gripped body? I think I saw some reviews which said it was too shallow?
Did you mention what that little accessories bag is?
I didn’t go into detail in this video but I did in this other one! ua-cam.com/video/dgS4qE0uaKM/v-deo.html
the ONE thing that DOES bother me is the trouble removing the camera box. That'd be a reason for me to get the bag - so it can multitask if you will. That cooled me down a little :(
Thanks for the video - very informative ;)
I thought that would be an issue too... but I must admit, now that I’ve had this bag for a few years... I never take it out lol.
Thanks for sharing bro! Which gimbal you put inside the bag? Kind regards
My pleasure! It’s the Zhiyun Weebill Lab. I have a review on it if you wanna check it out 😁
@@dunnadidit I'll check it out :) tks
Does a weebil lab gimbal fit in the top?
Yes it sure does!
Trying to choose between the 31 and 21. I’m a traveling musician and need to carry my a7iii with two to three lenses and max of 4 days of clothes . What would be your recommendation for my needs please?
Hi Thomas, just wondering which size you ended up choosing, and how well it worked? I'm also trying to decide between the 2 sizes myself, such a tough choice. For everyday use the 21 looks perfect but for travel may be a bit small. The 31 would be great for travel but I worry it could feel (and look) too big for everyday use.
For when I definitely want to carry all my camera gear plus a few days of clothes , originally I went with the 31 and absolutely love it ! Now I don’t carry my gear as much but still love the wandrd product so I switched to the 45l access duffel!!! It has more than enough room for 4-5 days worth of clothes and all my travel accessories
@@thomasnalley3768 Wow, you went even bigger! Accumulating more as you travel? I know that feeling!
I'm glad to hear you love the 31L. :-) Do you still use it for shorter trips when 45L is overkill? And would you say the 31L is too big to use as an everyday bag?
Great Video and awesome BP, but damn expensive @31L ...
Definitely not the cheapest backpack out there but in my opinion, worth it if you’re looking to invest in a backpack to use for quite a while.
Awesome video dude! I have a Manfrotto bag I picked up at Costco that worked perfectly for me and didnt break the bank at $49. Also which lens do you use for vlogging, If it's the 16mm do you find that wide enough?
That’s awesome! I had no idea you could find manfrotto at costco! I do often use the 16mm for vlogging and I find it plenty wide enough!
Dunna Did It awesome! Thanks for replying back that means a lot
My pleasure Jason! Thanks for watching!
Dunna Did It Keep crushing it dude
so for storage do you have the camera cube, top compartment and the rolltop
And the front pocket too.
Dunna Did It jeez thanks for the quick response, if I purchase the bag with no bundles do I still get the camera insert? Also keep up the sick content
Hmmm... I think you just get the bag by itself. It should say on the site though.
i cant tell if i like this bag, lol. I like the size of the interior and the interchangeability. But i also like the 30L Peak Design Everyday Backpack for its asctetics and interior. Idk what bag is better. LOL
Can You tell me What size to buy if You want to go on week of summer hols in Europe ?
I would personally go for the 31L but part of that is because I like to bring lots of camera gear and the 31L gets the medium camera cube instead of the small one. I did a week long vacation and the 31L was perfect!
Dunna Did It that’s great , I will go for 31L. Thank You . Great video 👍🏻👏🏻
Awesome! I hope you love it as much as I do!
can a 16-inch MacBook pro will be fit in this bag?
Yup!
Hey, great review, i've got a 17 inch laptop, do you think it would fit in this backpack? thanks.
That’s really tough to say, some 17” laptops are gigantic, and some are pretty sleek.
@@dunnadidit my laptop size is 16.5 x 11 x 0.9 inches, what do you think? thanks.
@@robros87 I've ordered one (31L) and arriving on Tuesday and also have an old 17" laptop lying around so can check if it fits for you unless you've found out already

Do you (or anyone in the comments) know of a backpack under $100 that can also hold gym gear? I do a lot of recording in the gym for my fitness channel. If it could fit a couple of lenses, mic, lifting belt, lifting shoes, and a few small accessories (straps, headphones, keys, ND filter, etc) I'd be happy.
Your best bet for under $100 might be to get some kind of sling or camera cube and toss it inside of a cheap gym duffel. You can keep you camera stuff separate from your gym stuff that way and keep it nice and cheap.
@@dunnadidit Thanks for the response!
My pleasure! I know it’s a bit of a workaround but hopefully it’s helpful!
IM SOLD! I can put up to 7 days of clothes in roll top Wow!!!! thank you for the good review.
Thanks for watching... just a little disclaimer. I pack pretty light so 7 days of clothes for me might not be as much as it is for some people. Just so that it’s clear! But it’s definitely a ton of space!
Will this fit. EOS R. Headphones. Drone. Switchpod. Two lenses. Film camera. 16inch macbook. Aperture light. Gopro and accessories and more?
Which Aputure light?
Dunna Did It Amaran Al MX. this bag would be my only bad. I have the Thule Aspect backpack and it’s getting too small. Would this be big enough or rather the PM Nomatic bag? Thanks Dunna 🤘🏻
I still can't decide between 21L or 31L so pretty much I'm 165cm tall (1.65m) so hopefully if I get 31L it ain't to big of a look.
I'm a travel filmmaker, so I carry gears, wanting to fit 15inch laptop, mavic drone, gh5, g7, 2 lens, gimbal and tripod. Would be awesome carry some spare clothes as I'll use it as my main carry on bag and travel everyday type of bag ? :) Which one would you recommend?
Personally, I would recommend the 31L even though it’s bigger. But that’s just my preference because I like the option to carry more stuff. When you roll down the roll top it stays a little smaller which is nice.
@@dunnadidit would it be too big for my height 165cm? I'm definitely leaning towards the 31
@@MarkSandoval Hey Mark, did you end up buying the 31 or the 21? Happy with your choice? I'm 170cm and trying to decide between the 2 sizes myself, such a tough choice. For everyday use the 21 looks perfect but for travel may be a bit small. The 31 would be perfect for travel but I worry it could feel too big for everyday use.
@@pavinder I actually have both, i have the 31L and my partner has the 21L, I am 166cm and 31 L is almost identical to 21 L in size, so when you dont fill up the 31L it folds/rolls down quite as small as 21L
Id go with 31L as it gives you more space when needed.
@@MarkSandoval Thanks Mark, appreciate your recommendation 🙂
What pouch is it that you use for your everyday accessories .?
This one: geni.us/dunnacablecube
Dunna Did It thank you
Hi :) great review!! I have the same bag and also the Peak Design capture, as you! I notice that you set the Capture on the band sewn of the right strap. Is it work well? I'm afraid that the weight of the camera could brake the band. But I suppose it's the only solution, because the strap is too big to set the Capture in the "correct" way.
thank you, have a nice day
So far it seems to work well, I’ve had no problem with the band at all. That being said, I use it pretty minimally. That was the only place on the backpack I could find that would work since, like you said, the straps are too big to fit on normally.
On the left strap where the elastic band is, there is a second smaller elastic band underneath. The perfect size for the capture. So I put the capture there and put a little piece of cardboard (3.5x3.5 cm) between the 2 elastic bands and close the capture. Now the system is secure and there is no stress on the elastic bands. My camera don’t move at all. I hope my explanation was clear enough.
Interesting idea!! I meant to mention those elastics in the video too but it was getting a bit long already. They are intended for lens caps which is awesome but I’m gonna try the piece of cardboard and the capture clip.
SpeedRcrX I’m trying your idea, I hope that I didn’t do anything wrog, but my camera move a lot on the elastic band!
I tried it too, pieces of cardboard between all the clip parts and the elastics, I ended up putting it through the small elastic in the back and it worked great! No movement at all!
I want to see the removable photo case that's such a pain to take in and out! I assume you bought the Photography bundle.
Yes I did buy the photography bundle, if you use the link in the description for the backpack I think there are some examples on their website... you can probably guess why I left that out of the video 😉
Dunna Did It...yeah thought that was the case. Great vids BTW. keep up the good work...you’re having a direct effect on my bank account 😡
Lol 😂 I’m sorry... but I’m also having a direct affect on your happiness right?
Hi DunnaDidIt, could you recommend a flash for A6X00 series?
Ext. flash I mean here.
To be completely honest... I know absolutely nothing about external flash. I had a pair of cheap yongnuo flashes when I first started but I had no idea what I was doing with them and I sold them. Sorry Cary, I would hate to say something and lead you in the wrong direction.
@@dunnadidit Nevermind. I am building up my gears around the new Sony A6400, taking advices from your channel of getting Sigma 16mm F1.4, SmallRig Cage and Woodern Handle and the Peak Design Strap.
Support and keep going!!!
Nice!! You’re gonna have a great kit! If you ever want to see all the gear I like/use, head over to www.kit.com/dunnadidit
Do you think the 31L could fit a Sony A7II + Battery Grip? I haven't seen anyone use this otherwise amazing bag with a pro body before and it's the only thing keeping me from jumping on it! Great video dude!
Great question! I think if you put it sideways like I do, it should be ok. Unfortunately I don’t have any a7 series bodies to test that out with.
@@dunnadidit That's what I was hoping for. Putting it sideways works with my current camera insert, but it's definitely not suited for the types of shooting I do and I have to upgrade it sooner or later. You definitely sold me on the 31L!
I hear that! The panels are pretty nice to move around too, mine is not in the default configuration anymore so you should be able to just make it work. In fact I think with my configuration it would work without having to remove the battery grip. 😁 I’m stoked for you! Feel free to use that link if you wanna support the channel too!
How are the zippers? Sturdy? Do they still function smoothly and sturdily even when the bad is packed?
They’re great! Never had any issues and I pack this thing FULL!
Dunna Did It good to hear. I’m coming from a Douchebag. I absolutely loved it, but the zippers weren’t great and I prefer my camera bag to open on the side that is against my back
Dunna Did It are you still using that bag? Or have you switched?
This is still my main and favorite bag. I'm testing out some others at the moment but none have surpassed my love for this one.
can the 21L support a 15inch laptop?
Yes!
Which organizer pouch do you use ??
It’s a bagsmart organizer. You can find it in my kit. www.kit.co/dunnadidit
@@dunnadidit Thank you!
Would you recommend this bag for a college student?
SURE!
Yesss 😁
I think more reviewers should weigh the bag itself, you're the first one to even mention that. For us, it plays a huge factor when deciding which bag were gonna use for long-distance travel. It seems like everyone does reviews for short flights or urban use. I would say boundary and wandered are really close to my choices for travel bags. But like I said with safety, that's the most important. Zipper Locks, slash-proof, waterproof, and logical pocket placement and opening. I'm looking hard at the Wandrd Access Duffel. If there's anything else you suggest let me know I'd like to check it out! I currently sport the Lowe Pro ProTactic and I sold my Peak Design everyday backpack cause it's just not for me. This bad is the closest contender. I also have the Cinebag Highroller.
For my use, so far, nothing beats the wandrd stuff. I will admit that my testing is in no way a complete list of the options that are out there but I did a decent amount of research before I went with wandrd and have done a bit more testing after that now that companies are asking me to review and I don’t have to drop hundreds every time I want to try something lol. But I have the wandrd duo, prvke, and Hexad Access and love them all.
@@dunnadidit check out Black Ember Backpacks, they claim they're waterproof, awesome urban look to them, would like to see your review on one. blackember.com/
Cool! Thanks for the heads up!
Can it fit under a plane seat? I usually like to travel with a rolling carry-on and take a backpack as a personal item.
It has got under 99% of the plane seats When I’ve travelled. There was one time it didn’t but they just let me put it overhead.
@@dunnadidit thanks Dunna. You sold me on it I'm gone go ahead and grab it.
Nice! I hope you enjoy it!
@@dunnadidit now that I know I want it I'm over here debating size and color. I can get a deal on the ones with the old branding so I'm considering going that route even though I like the new branding better. Then I have to decide 21L or 31L or get one of each.
I highly recommend the 31L as it’s not that much bigger on the outside but you get a lot more space inside
