- Photo op of my two big bombers together was needed now I’ve finished “Little Patches”, and a chance for a maintenance engine run on “A bit o’lace”. Taken before both took to their new homes on my study wall.
I have a 1/48 kit that I'm gonna do up like one of the 6 Canadian b17 they use for mail probably one of they early ones because they still had the gun,s the later ones they removed everything for weight savings so they could add more fuel and mail. There is a good story on them called "letters from home"
This is cooler than anything I will ever do.
Good show! Idea. Finely ground pencil lead and some sort of blower (wouldn't take much) to make the "starter cartridge" smoke on startup. Well done!

Do you hav Videos showing how the Engine electronics accomplish the Slow Blade Count before the Engine Starts. I have it almost have it simulated on one of my big R/C Electric P-47. But Todays Model electric Airplane Motors don't like to turn slowly. Great B-17's Bro.
