    Don't forget Cottonwood Hot Springs. Less commercial than Mount Princeton, and have private soaking pools too.

      When we lived in GWS, our apartment was a block from the Hotel Colorado and a block from the Hot Springs. It was really noisy on New Year's Eve for some strange reason.
      Back in the late 1950's there was a major earthquake that hit Yellowstone which is hundreds of miles away from Glenwood Springs. The Hot Springs management reported that within hours of the quake, the temperature of the hot, hot springs dropped nearly 10 degrees. Normally it is about 107 degrees. A whole lot of rust colored water issued forth for several days as the temperature gradually returned to normal... Sounds like the underwater 'piping' is connected somehow...

      @@jgrahamiii7749 Oh, I meant the earth quake. But I am sure was noisy. I was only up there with our youth group from church. So we only went swimming.
