People can say what they want. That old truck is still going and is actually pretty tough. A simple tune up, tighten up all that's loose. Leave the rugged look on it. Good project truck.
Need a good heavy duty front & back bumpers with oversize winch. Lockers front & back. And roll cage just incase with Corbeau or Recaro suspension seats or air ride.
My 68 long bed i got it from the original owner with 58,000 miles on it . 327 automatic 400 trans factory ac,ps,pb no rot and all original ,right down to the spark plug wires ,stamped 67 Chevrolet original brakes i have the original bill of sale ,original window sticker and the book with the vin template ,all numbers matching and i got it for 5,800$ I GOT LUCKY TO GET IT WHEN I DID
I bought a 68 with a sixer and a granny tranny in it in 88 and it was the best vehicle I have ever owned, it started no matter what the temperature was, it would be so cold i had to start it up and let it run to warm up the gear oil in the tranny cause you couldn't move the shifter until it warmed up and thined out, i pulled gto coil springs under it to drop it just a little, dumbass down the road was high on xanax and hit me in the rear end and totaled it, it's 30 years later and I still flip him off when I see him 😂. Even though I got twice what I gave for it from his insurance I would much rather have the truck
Nick I enjoyed this video, this old truck takes me back to high school days, v8, headers, lift, noisy and something always wanting attention. I’ve been eyeing this in your lot walks, looks like tons of fun. Thanks for giving this ole girl a shot at a new life.
Coming in late on the comment nice truck even though it needs work. The grinding in the 4x4 shifter you should shift out of 4x4 and out in reverse so it kicks completely out . Not a hundred %sure if it would work but this used to be a function I had to do in a few if the old lockouts I owned
That truck is priced where it should be .it's a running and driving project .it still turns heads even in its current condition . It will sell fast and the person that buys it will be happy because it was in a budget that lots can only afford.
Nick does the 4 wheel drive work, you didn't check it on test drive, needs alot of work, motor oil pressure very low, transfer case needs rebuilding, all fenders, doors, hood need to be replaced, what's your best price
AHHHH!!..Maybe look again...67 has the small back window..68 Was the first year of the big back window...I know ..67 Is my fav. year...I have 3 that run and drive every day and 6 more for parts...Vary cool truck tough..Good price to..Nice
67 C10. 4x4 kustom is decent project guessing previous owner was going for K10 style luv no bumper look in front probably put a diamond plate bumper in back tho think grinding noise Nick is coming from differential which needs adjustment.
@@georgehutcheson9679 I'm wondering if he even looked to see if the hubs were in or out . didn't seem to know much about old 4 wheel drives . I can't believe he took off in granny
Exelente vehículo camioneta linda buen tamaño y excelente calidad de motores y carrocería suspención rendimiento y potencia excelente y durabilidad excelente una joya de vehículo un clásico de verdad de Chevrolet S10 forever
People saying this truck needs 10 grand to get it road worthy, that's ridiculous. This truck needs a few minor repairs to get it ready for what it was built for.. off roading.
1967 C-10 4 well drive V8 I like it specially for work another paint job and it will be good for cargo and going out hunting I learned to drive stick with the guears on the column 👍
My buddy just bought a truck very similar. Bed wasn't chopped and body about the same but blue paint. Had a rip in seat but windows sealed good and no busted window and yes it was 4 wheel drive. Good tires. He gave $4500 for it. He is about to paint it his self and sell it to me for $6500. But I have to say, you do try to be honest on everything about it.
Not a 67. No side marker lights on a 67. I don’t understand the affinity for short bed trucks. They look funny as hell like short school buses. Long bed is way more useful and looks better in my opinion.
I'm in love. It's absolutely perfect. Just like the two wheel drive my mom's boyfriend had when I was a kid. I just hope it gets stuck in gear so I got a pop the hood and pull it out of gear at the red light
He needs some TLC and a person with patience for deconstruction. Because it all needs to come apart and put back together. I like how you pointed everything out.
It's a 203 transfer case all the way forward is 4 low one notch back is 2 low then neutral in the middle then one more back is 2 high then all the way back is 4 high.....I believe your driving in 4 high and it will rattle.
I've been looking for an old work truck but 10k is a lil steep , I might gamble $2500, but it'll take 5k to get er road worthy. Probably won't find a windshield for it.
Would love to have this one ... the older trucks have a lil "dad" in them & it feels good just to Drive & Reminisce ... You'll sell her to the one that will put a lil love to her. ❤️ #LoveAOldTruck
Oil pressure is a worry. Main's worn? What type of heads is on it? I would want a local daily 25 -30 mile beat & bang driver for fishing & hunting / quick store runner. Garage Queens not my style.
That's a 68. Or a 67 with 68 finder's and bed which makes it a 68. 67 didn't have markers on the side and my 67 had a small back window.
People can say what they want. That old truck is still going and is actually pretty tough. A simple tune up, tighten up all that's loose. Leave the rugged look on it. Good project truck.

Old-school painter here, make no mistake people, primer is not a sealer!!!!!!!!(yes moisture gets under)
Title might state 1967..however the body is a 1968. Maybe a good platform

You guys ALWAYS do good honest reviews of your vehicles!!! Shes a little rough for me, but it's a project that's not easy to come by.👍
needs 10k just to get it on the road pass on this one Nick
So 20k for a badass truck...im in
Its a piece of history why wouldnt you wanna put some money into this?
@@joeyg1463 cause it's not worth it.
a potential money pit!
@@michaelraines93 you think so? A money pit would mean endless ..unless you a broke boi 💀💀💀
That's a '68. '67 didn't have side marker lights.
Should have a small back window also if it’s a 67 .
Yes , to all of the above.
68
In 5 years we will all wish we would have bought this truck
Exactly!
Ya take it home park it in the shed and flip it for 15 and do nothing to it
Yep, that is for certain.
Love how y’all do things.keep up the good work. I hope to do business with y’all some day.
1967 C10s do not have side marker lights.
True facts it’s been modified the 67 Chevy pickups didn’t have side marker lights
Thats not a C10, its K-10.
It’s not a 67 either… wrong back window
K=4wd...you're correct!
Nice old truck, but rough as a corn cob.🌽
Nick I enjoyed this video, this old truck takes me back to high school days, v8, headers, lift, noisy and something always wanting attention. I’ve been eyeing this in your lot walks, looks like tons of fun. Thanks for giving this ole girl a shot at a new life.
Unlock those hubs maybe it will be quieter
A buddy of mine bought a 65 skylark from you guys. great car he loves it👍
That is awesome!
If its 4wd, wouldn't that make it a K10?
Side lights came out in 1968 and I thought the 1967 had the small rear window.
You are correct !

Sweet old truck! I could be wrong, but didn't the side marker lights come out on the '68 year model?
With those fenders and quarter panels it looks like a 1968, what does the title say?
AHHHH!!..Maybe look again...67 has the small back window..68 Was the first year of the big back window...I know ..67 Is my fav. year...I have 3 that run and drive every day and 6 more for parts...Vary cool truck tough..Good price to..Nice
Unlock the hubs the front driveshaft is turning
67 has a little back window and no signals in fenders or bedsides…. Maybe this has a 67 frame
67 C10. 4x4 kustom is decent project guessing previous owner was going for K10 style luv no bumper look in front probably put a diamond plate bumper in back tho think grinding noise Nick is coming from differential which needs adjustment.
Ain't gonna be able to find these soon. Snatch them up while you can.
you have the transfer case in 4 high , push it forward 1 without torque on the drivelines
Look like you was right the front drive shaft was spinning when he did the under view.

Even though it's rough she's still a beauty
Exactly what I’d want to start with as a project/around town truck. Too bad I’m not closer to y’all.
1967 C-10 4 well drive V8 I like it specially for work another paint job and it will be good for cargo and going out hunting I learned to drive stick with the guears on the column 👍
Needs a lot of work but once it's done it would be a beautiful Chevy truck plus you just don't see these old 4x4 anymore 👍 Nick
1967 = no side markers
As a former 1972 Cheyenne owner pulling that rubber seal on the windshield to replace it opens a can of worms of rust underneath
Now that would be a cool old work truck to drive on job site every day, definitely beats a 80,000 for work truck & whole lot cooler 👍 👍 👍 👍
Might have to fly out and check this one out
Not a bad old truck and with a little work i'd rock the old girl as a daily driver . Smiles 😃 from Canada 🇨🇦
Nick you look like a real farmer driving that bad boy.

Nice candidate for total restoration.....as my Papi would say They don’t make em like that anymore... just saying
The '67 didn't have side marker lights.
This truck has a nice stance ….it’s like riding high . Find the guy who took off the bumpers and 😮.
All good but 1967 did not have side markers
Bet this old horn will work 💪
I'm in love. It's absolutely perfect. Just like the two wheel drive my mom's boyfriend had when I was a kid. I just hope it gets stuck in gear so I got a pop the hood and pull it out of gear at the red light
8k and I would put 10 into it . And it’ll be a beauty 👌🏼
had a 70 blazer with the creeper low-used it rarely, but it was nice to know it was there
Nick got a little workout on that old hood! But he knew where to push and slam haha. Nice review, thank you for the details on the old girl.
He needs some TLC and a person with patience for deconstruction. Because it all needs to come apart and put back together. I like how you pointed everything out.
At 2:02 when he shuts the hood the sound is amazing
That one back in the day would be a $3500.00 truck this inflation sucks
It's a 203 transfer case all the way forward is 4 low one notch back is 2 low then neutral in the middle then one more back is 2 high then all the way back is 4 high.....I believe your driving in 4 high and it will rattle.
Have had many of these trucks over the years.. all 4 67 models had small back windows. All 68-72 had big back windows. Is this a real thing?
I have a 67 with the panoramic, large back window. It's listed on the options list that's still in the glove box.
1968 was the only year with that grille and side marker lights.
I love them pick up truck's
I haven't seen one of these classic trucks since the 80's.
You are correct bro it's a c10 not a K10 because I know my car's and trucks bro.
My 71 had the same hood hinges.
Nice truck for it's age just needs a little TLC
Cool!! Just what you need to Sell !! If I had the time it would be mine! You should just keep it for yourself.
Buddy of mine had a 70 454 everyone wanted it
Is truck originally 4x4 or truck in 4x4 chassis ?
Not a bad truck for it's age, grinding from transfer case looks like pinion angle on rear differential could be too high.👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Was a long box chopped to short box 18:37 !
That's not a 67, it's 68 and it's not a C10 it's a K10
You have a break light out on the driver side rear bro.
That not a 1967 it’s a 1968. The 1967’s did not have the side fender clearance lights and they had a much smaller rear window. I owned one.
Those aren,t 67 fenders ,side marker lights didn’t come out until later.
Nice project truck
Good Afternoon My Good Little Bro Nick Southgate Of Maple Motors
I'd sure take it. A few lil things here and there and it would be really nice
Nice truck it's not a 67 tho 67 didn't have any side marker light. My guess would be 68 thru 71
I'm a 67 model lord knows I rattle!!
I think the 67 have the small window in the back
That truck is way better than a $20.000 dollar utv !!
Is the truck actually a shorty and they just made a short bed out of a long i don't see any cuts on the frame
Drummers - sample that hood closing at 2:02 and use that for a snare
I've been looking for an old work truck but 10k is a lil steep , I might gamble $2500, but it'll take 5k to get er road worthy. Probably won't find a windshield for it.
That truck has lots of stuff wrong with it
When it raddles the window needs to be tightened in the track bro.
Originally a 2 wheel drive. It would be a k-10 if It was an original 4x4.
I love all your vehicles but they're just a little overpriced for me
That's a mans truck right there! She just needs some TLC but over time that thing could be ripping up the streets.
BAD ASS !
I like it, I've got a 79 suburban 4x4, and love it, just sayin
I love it 😍😳 nice cool!!!!
Thanks
K10 is 4 wheel drive,C10 is 2 wheel drive
Would love to have this one ... the older trucks have a lil "dad" in them & it feels good just to Drive & Reminisce ... You'll sell her to the one that will put a lil love to her. ❤️ #LoveAOldTruck

You "do got" a lot of issues with this one!
I thought 67 had small back glass.
Those rattles are nerve racking
But it's a old school chevy
easy fix the upper door felt is gone
I'd buy it
