    Really enjoyed this one. It wqs slow enougj to really concentrate on form. More of this will help w/ Piyo and SoulFusion forms.

    More power pilates, please. Great workout; the "star" move is great for balance and there is good variety within the workout that targets all sorts of muscles. Appreciate your work.

    i am enjoying the variety of content,is there a designated modifier in the back on your videos>or do you just show the options?do you have any videos for ailments (sciatica/weak pelvic floors).
