    Well Boys... back in my day, you would fish a royal coachman and a black gnat... If they ain't eatin' them ones, you just go home. Anybody heard this story before, and what are some of the flies you hear associated with the "just go home" part?

      In the UK chalk streams if you can’t catch on a hares ear or a pheasant tail nymph then you may as well throw your kit in the trash.

    I bought a Hare's mask a while ago-- will that work for rabbit 'dubbing'?

      Yes. It works great. I like to trim all the hair off the pelt and give it a few pulses in a coffee grinder to get it blended properly

    If I wanted to tie this in a size 18 or 16, what bead sizes would you recommend?

      Probably a 3mm on the 18 and a 3.5mm on the 16
