The missed call by the ref really screwed over Seattle. But I was glad that Seattle wasn't totally steam rolled by Florida. I was bracing for the worst.
I don't usually get like this, but I'm super salty after this game. That missed called completely changed the game. I know people say you should have played better, but they were playing well enough (even with some defensive issues) to hold the defending Champions scoreless....until one of the most terrible blown calls is not made. The officials swung this game. The Kraken played well all things considered. And deciding games by a skills competition is bullshit.
I said it before I'll say it again. This teams wins more against non conference East Coast teams. And then gets bullied by HORRIBLE west coast teams that haven't been to the post season in 37 years. I wouldn't call the defence "fantastic" tho. They let to many shots thru. They didn't reclaim the momentum at the end of the 2nd period LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE. This team is better than this but at least we got a point out of the Cup Chumpians
That was a totally winnable game! It's so frustrating to watch a game at home and you wonder if that was even the same team you watched a few days ago that won 3 road games. Why do they always win on the road and play awful at home? I just don't get it. The only player who played last night was Joey as far as I'm concerned. Granted there were calls that were missed by the referee but overall, their performance last night was so dismal. They should start selling season tickets for the away games and not the home games.
That was a great game on both sides. Glad y'all got a point!

They played it well and didn't let that call derail them which was good to see too.

They took advantage of a struggling Ranger team and played the Champs to a draw. This teams got some jam.
