He can issue a content claim if he wants, but this is a short clip quoted under fair use with the original link highlighted in the description. If he goes straight for a copyright strike that would be a dick move. On the other hand he doesn't need my help I guess. The clip isn't really doing that well so I'll see what happens.

Dose I have an update - it's just a standard content claim: not a copyright strike. It just came through today - Brand is running ads on the clip. I've got similar arrangements with Steven Crowder and VPN (when they owned Norm Macdonald's show). That's cool with me - as far as I'm concerned all of us clip producers exist and serve at the pleasure of the original content owners insofar as revenue is concerned.

It’s funny how lust is only bad in the context of society. In the natural world outside of man’s synthetic beliefs and so on, it’s a useful biological mechanism to drive the propagation of your species.
Speaking strictly biologically, and in terms of the ‘will-to-live’ and evolutionary terms, lust is more powerful and useful than love.
If you think that society doesn’t have an inevitable form, and that different outcomes of society by a different change in events, you could hypothetically conceive of a society where relationships are based on lust instead of love. And that love wouldn’t be seen as immoral and wrong as how we look at lust now.
Much like how sexual partners are made in some other animal species.
Perhaps though, feelings and human emotion are always strong enough to promote the construction of beliefs and so forth, such that Love and respect / morals are considered over the biological urges of lust.

All examples of human societies that did not have guidelines to regulate lust (which are remarkably homogeneous across cultures) are examples of catastrophically failed societies. When great societies fall, one of the red flags that predicts imminent failure is confusion and breaking of societal lines around lust regulation.

@@tmcleanful this is a very ingesting take. It’s clearly seen in Mayan culture before collapse, and I think was a big plot point in Mel Gibson’s Apocalypto.
I wonder more about if we were evolutionarily / biologically different such that this would work. Or is it an inevitability with our so called ‘advanced’ brains. With heightened emotion etc.

@@MV-vv7sg I wonder about this too when it comes to speculating about the possibility of other self-aware, intelligent beings that have a consciousness comparable to humans but evolved differently. How much must evolution follow a prescribed path for what we consider to be consciousness to come into existence? Or can it come into existence through various avenues of environmental pressures and other interventions? Could AI actually become "conscious"? What would a conscious AI think of sex?

I say that the matter is rather simple: men are visual, and women are sensitive, in other words, if a wife wants her husband to be satisfied and not seek pleasure outside the relationship, then, as she ages and gets fatter, she must use other 'tools', to arouse her man, like her voice, her touch, make up, wigs, etc and he has to find her already in bed, under the sheets, if her old/fat looks do not arouse him any longer, and that is why french women are so smart, and seldom let their men see them naked past a certain age

Lol this is so narrow minded and has hints of sexism. It is just the same between women and men. And I say this as a man recognising the same behaviour visa versa. It’s only simple in your mind, because you are omitting all the fine complexities of biological and belief based interactions between genders.
