Disappointed in Wilton. Called their customer service number to ask a question about a basic cake accessory, and the lady who was on the phone as a Customer Service rep. had no clue what I was talking about. How can you put people on a Customer service line that has no clue what is going on in the baking world. Disappointed in Wilton!!!
