Wedging table part 6 - mixing the plaster

How I mixed the plaster and water and poured it into the frame. Thanks to Giuseppe Parrinello for explaining how to mix and use plaster:

Why did you mix two batches of plaster? Just didn't have buckets big enough to do it all at once?

I imagine because it would be too heavy to safely lift and pour

What sort of plaster do you recommend using?
