Hi Billy. I'm glad I came across this video. I'm thinking of getting a Squier Strato model CV 50 and as a first improvement I would really like to replace the mobile bridge with a fixed one. any advice on what to buy or how to do it? how did you blocked the tremolo? Thanks in advance for any response
It is really very easy....you install 5 springs on your bridge. That alone creates a fixed bridge - then you can cut a small piece of wood and hammer ii in the small space between the block and your tremolo cavity. It is going nowhere!
There are LOTS of videos on UA-cam showing you how to make your tremolo bridge a fixed one.
@@yur1bgw9i thanks a lot
Why are you selling it? Are the strings difficult to bend?
No, not all...it was my main guitar for years! I am a pro player but needed to sell a few things. This one sold six months ago
great! do you know what tokai pickups...U or E stamp or something else?
