Life saver - huernia or stapelia. Mine ALWAYS get mealies so they're on the don't-buy-again list at my house. I'm finding I don't have as many pests with cacti as I do succulents. Your collection is amazing and you're doing great with your babies! ❤❤
Hi thanks for sharing this video I thoroughly enjoyed it as Iam a cacti and succulents here in the Caribbean. Your collection is huge mine is no way near that. I prefer to buy my plants established cas growing from seeds take too long to mature. I do admire your seed grown collection its awsome. Did you grow the agave cactus from seeds too. Thanks again your collection is mind blowing ❤❤
Thank you so much! Seed growing takes some major patience! lol. Rewarding at the same time. The agave cactus in greenhouse I purchased in 2 inch pots two years ago. The 50 agave cactus in shade box are from seed. They have grown a lot this summer. Going to be 2 years in December. 🌵🌵🌵🌵🌵
Dang! You have an awesome set up there! I have my 1st geodesic dome (20ft diameter) going up now. I can't wait to move all my cacti to a safe place. I've had some growing for over 10 years now, and I honestly don't know how that's possible in my house in Iowa. I have cats everywhere, so hopefully I won't see any rats!!
Glad the offending rodent has been dealt with! I'm fighting the same, and their new trick is to dig up the plant and eat the roots which kills the plant... Going to have to do something more aggressive! You've got the knack for propagation! Do you have an online store, or is that a future endeavor? Happy to watch your plants and channel grow! Take care!
Me too! Felt like everything was at risk! Was eating older plants, seedling, etc. online store next spring. That is the goal. 2 year journey to try and set it up! Thank you so much for the support! 🌵🌵🌵💚
@@DLLMCACTUS great area for cactus 👍, I'm in zone8b, can't leave the cactus and succulents outside in winter, and the HOA doesn't allow any structure like green house higher than the fence. Well, I'm enjoying your videos.
Great tour and fantastic collection!

@@DLLMCACTUS Stoked for the online store! Was wondering what you are going to do with all those seedlings too
Try some cayenne pepper on your soil. 😏😏
Something is biting my rat tail can grasshoppers chew on them. I noice they been on my milkweeds probably eating my monarch eggs.
I looked it up on internet and they said grasshoppers definitely eat cactus including rat tail! Go figure! 🌵💚
Can I ask what zone are you live in?
