God that vita is so sexy. I have an og at&t model that works amazingly, but for some reason, i really want a newer one
First step : Get Psvita
Damn... im poor
Tell me about it 🤕

@@subzeroXDD Tyrecordslol gonna have some fun with u bro
@@hithere01 i think i see him in my backyard
What does that do specifically?
You’ll be able to play basically every single psp and vita and ps1 game for free just find a download site
@@Journey_to_who_knows what site should I use?
I guess put in how to download every single psp and vita and ps1 for free in ur google search bar
wow is it really that simple? I'm worried imma brick my bro's psvita
Nah its pretty easy
I think it's not like the PSP with e fuse on motherboard
specifically the ta88 v3
I was worried about doing the firmware but when I did it step by step it was easy
I bought a blue one from Japan a few years back very underrated device.
So excited my psvita will arrive four days from now ❤
totallt legal
Dat psp2
This just cleared my whole memory card! All my data is gone! I didnt know this would erase everything including save data!
Did it work?...I want to get a PS vita and try to mod it so I can play FIFa 24 😢
I know what I'm doing when i get home. I've had a Ps Vita sitting around for years and never really ended up playing it since games were starting to become uncommon to find at stores
This video just reminded me that I own a ps vita.....I haven't seen that thing since high school😂.....time sure flies yep
I used to do it the hard way 6 years ago, don't regret it 1 bit since i learned so much from that, i know what fault codes were, how to upgrade performance, what bricking actually is and that bricking a device like the vita is impossible since that thing can always jump back to life unless you break its internals and so much more. That thing is phenomenal
EDIT: not that thing, the original OLED thing is phenomenal, never owned that vita since the only positive part of that vita is the charing port being usb c.
Sooooo much simpler than when I did this back in the day.
I love my vita. I’ll never mod it but I love just how quirky it is. It’s hard to find a handheld where I can play full 3D racing games, Mortal Kombat 9 and Injustice in its entirety and satiate my portable persona addiction
I just recently got a vita!!!! The 2001 model omg it is way better then switch oled which I have away better ports volume and all!!!!! Love my vita so happy to have it!!!! And got it just for nightcry which I went through hell to get that game after seeing jt the first time in my late twenty's!!!!!! It's so great seeing people get a vita today!!!! And the volume is so loud!!!! Love the menu music!!! Growing up I loved the ps handhelds I remember playing tomb raider legend and anniversary on PSP!!!! Had the trilogy on PS3 but recently trade that system in again!!!!!! Having revelations tho on vita is fantastic and also the original resident evils 2 and 3!!!! Emulated the resident evil original and I'm done with emulation!!!! They're not that great half the time so when I first played the remake of resident evil that was on GameCube I'm giving the director's cut a chance on my vita!!!!!!! And love it!!!! I can say so much more¡!!!! But all in all happy to have the originals on vita and the first resident evil director's cut!!!!!!! Acting is cheesy but taking it for what it is it's a Jill sandwich situation!!!! And I enjoy it!!!!!! The vita is great and playing shantae half genie hero again is way better on vita then switch!!!!!! Sony is gunna see the buyers of vita!!! I know they've seen my purchase of games also happy to have nightcry very great port on vita and I'd rather go with the actual copys then emulation!!!! Emulation is slow has bumps no thank you growing up I loved playstation I can't believe they're working on a ps6!!!! Nope come one Sony how about another handheld!!!!!! I'm done with home consoles I'll only get another PS2 for clock tower 3 I just had ordered love that game!!!!!! And excited to get it back the third time!!!!! I think it's great to see more people buy psvita models!!!!! Great video and def better then the PSP models!!!!!
Damn I remember how I had to open my psp battery and cut wire + all the different software depending on your current firmware. Things sure got easier
I spent an entire day doing this the old way. Start to finish, morning til night. An. Entire. Day.
That music sent me so many years back
Oh my God I remember booting on my PS Vita and hearing that home screen sound
Thank you so much I really wanted to modded a vita without the use of a PC. As I'm lazy to do it on PC.
its so easy now. I just bought a memory card with the sd2vita adapter on etsy packed full of apps as i modded vita myself. just popped it in and have all the retroarch stuff and ports.
Even though PS Vita is quite old at this point it still looks nice. I might have to buy one some day.
