Twists have been growing my hair so well too, I love them! I wish i could let mine stay in longer but i can only go for 2 or 3 weeks tops 😪😅

Good idea to spray your roots before taking down...my hair knotted up because I was taking them down without some sort of system, lol. Thanks for your video!

Yes that's how I melt away knots and tangles by adding a leave-in conditioner with oil to water, and boom you have your very own detangling spray lol!

I wash in between the 4 weeks. So on week 2, I would wash my scalp.
