Dear follow veteran players, I was the crazy maniac in the primes of RS2 years that causes long long lines of fires in ALL PARTY worlds & cooking & training magic in FALADOR by the most famous bank where all those party drop winners comes and scream they got lucky and listened to all the stories told by others there... Camping there all day for party drops, in the biggest party drop clan ever "Big Drops". I stood in that area for so long, over a year, chances are you probably saw me lol. RIP RS. I miss you, but you waste my life lmao I could've been doing so many things instead of years wasted. But I'd appreciate it. Never going back.
If you ever want to experience playing video games for the first time, the total cluelessness of not even knowing how to move, you should play Space Station 13
I’m 27 years old and I just got back into old school RuneScape…dude this game is TIMELESS! It’s an never ending adventure..I even managed to remember my old account info…..it would be WILD if they made the full game on VR😯
Now, we need to make in real life version, have a studio dedicated to making specific parts of the map, like the lumbridge kitchen, maybe the grand exchange, and just outside of lumbridge Now THAT would be something
I really think VR will be *The next big thing* in gaming to the point where we can feel active feedback in our attacks from the controllers. Obviously we'd be wearing way more advanced stuff but i just cant wait for those days.
I never played Runescape back in the day, but I know the exact feeling of nostalgia and excitement of seeing a game that is pure nostalgia/a core memory in VR. The Skyrim wagonride in VR was something incredible the first time for me. crazy that game is almost 12 years old now.
Because of this video, YT decided to just spam OSRS content in my feed, and I learned that the game is not only still around but also thriving... I started a new character that week, and am now 97 combat having seen far more of the game than I ever saw back in the day. So, thanks for rekindling my old addiction, Habie!
Man im so jealous of anyone who grew up with Runescape. I always tried to play whenever we visited the library because we didnt have internet at home, but that was at most once a week and most often we didnt stay long enough for me to play. I had to make so many different accounts because i kept forgetting my login info. i WANTED to be a Runescape kid so much. But alas, it never happened. By the time we had finally gotten a computer and internet at home, Runescape had already died down in popularity, and i was older enough that i had lost interest. Most of my memories of it have faded, all but Tutorial Island since i played it so many times as i made new accounts. I envy those of you who got to keep it with you.
As a wee lad I loved making pies in Lumbridge to level my cooking, then give them out for free to players. Milking cows and gathering eggs, and using wheat in the mill was its own adventure to me :)
With absolutely zero nostalgia for a game I never played or watched, Runescape maps are still amazing to look at due to the stellar artstyle they have.
Only agility, mining and Runecrafting to max. One of my childhood dreams is almost completed, OSRS will ALWAYS be my go to feel good game, great vid, makes me want to get a vr set just for this haha (If you get a chance listen to sea Shanty 2 unlocked in port sarim probably my favorite ingame song)
This is a beautiful sight, I always wondered what first person RuneScape would look like.. can’t imagine what everything would’ve looked like if rendered properly
You know I've been playing runescape since like 2005/07 and I never even noticed the falador bar had an upstairs area lmao. That scenery was actually beautiful. And yes I was strangely obsessed with cooking the steak too.. I remember as a kid I enjoyed the process of killing cows to cook their meat on a fire so much that when my parents finally kicked me off the computer I would draw about it lol. Cheers for the video
Not only runescape, but MarzWarsharp made a KOTOR campaign not too long ago too. There was also a mini naruto shippuden campaign back in U10 by piepop. Thanks for being a genuine human Habie, we all appreciate you whole heartedly for it 💜
Blade and Sorcery also now has a KOTOR map pack with working doors and voice lines
I love the emotion that's present in your voice habie, the nostalgia I imagine is felt when standing in the lumbridge castle court yard with that first song playing must be INTENSE.
Now they need to make the whole runescape game for a vr version
The egg juggling with the steel axe was impressive.
I've been playing RuneScape on a privately run server called 2009scape. You can set higher xp multipliers so you're not grinding months to get decent levels and no paying membership fees for member content.
Someone who is in their teens and has played quite a bit of RuneScape I could say it was really fun and I bet this would be amazing to play
6:39 that old school damage sound effect as you impale him is hilarious
What's ironic is that often the basic graphics like this look amazing in vr compared to more detailed stuff. I bet the RuneScape graphics looked incredible, especially with that added nostalgia ☺️
I'm getting pretty close to maxing in osrs so this video was so crazy to watch. I've spent well over 5k hours on my osrs account and probably another 5k on my og account that's stuck in rs3 hell because reasons. Runescape is one of those timeless games that just gives lets you relax while you accomplish things. I really love that these kinds of videos are possible because there's some dedicated players out there who share the fun of runescape through other means. Thanks for making this video, I'm gonna download it and immerse myself in some runescape music and messing with NPCs
For me playing Super Mario 64 levels in VR was one of the weirdest nostalgia trips I have ever been on. Putting your childhood memories in 3d is... Ok I can't describe it but it's an experience you will never forget.
"If i never see you again"

*Sobbing intensifies*
First this, and now the KOTOR mod. People are just turning B&S into whole entire different games.
We just need lowered framerates and it will be compete
Thank you for sharing this as a fan of the game I really appreciate your sharing this and not keeping the experience to no yourself from those that are too busy to get a cyber lens
Hey, habie! Did you see that I located the source for your "Looks like we got us a deal," mystery meme?
WHERE?!
Why have I only just seen this? I don't know how to describe the feeling it gives me, a sensation in the chest, of completeness, yet longing nostalgia all the same.
and now I want to play runescape for 30 hours straight like a kid again. What have you done to me, habie?
Imagine if Jagex got on bored with this and made a OSRS VR game imagine fighting bosses in VR or Evan PKing.i think I speak for us all when I say please make this happen Jagex I would like to walk around Gielinor too
Really cool. I'm big fan of RuneScape from childhood. Hope RuneScape survive years to come
Better stick around I put in to many hours to lose it
Not a runescape person, but seeing this video makes me wish for someone much smarter than I am, to do something similar with WoW. That would be my weapons grade nostalgia
Someone made Stormwind in VRChat
6:49 My dumbass didn't know Erudite was an actual word, so I thought he was making a Divergent reference at first. Still could be, because I've never heard anyone use erudite in a sentence.
I am currently crying so hard right now. This is seriously the most beautiful, well put together story ever. I can’t believe how magical it was 1:12. That part truly made me shed a tear. And especially at 6:34 that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can’t forget the conclusion. The conclusion was the greatest and saddest conclusion I have ever seen better than any of the books I have read. Thank you so much for creating this absolute masterpiece. This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. It is a tragedy that this, it can’t be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece , I was brought to tears listening to this and seeing the bacon go whirly swirly in a circle countless times. it absolutely moved my soul , and I don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on , gotta move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with us. we are all children on bacon. hail bacon. hail bacon. The spinning bacon, rotating in one direction with this music... This made me tear up. How could such a bacon do such a thing? I'm struck by awe by this masterpiece. Especially when the bacon spins, showing its lightly salt covered tan skin. I can hear the crunch just from here, and so as the beautiful sound of the bacon scraping the dark, smooth velvet floor. The flavor, music and everything can be heard, tasted, seen and felt from a screen. You can really hear the breaths between the music artist, empathizing her love for this rotating bacon. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any piece of bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on 57:42.I am currently crying so hard right now. The graphics, the animation, the music, so much thought was put into it. This has remined me that you can do anything you put your mind to. Not even mentioning the memories, this makes me feel like an infant again, just laying my eyes on this beautiful masterpiece gives me all the good feelings in life. I also understand what happiness is again from this. Not even to mention the most incredible part that is 2:10. Bacon spinning has changed my life for the better. I cried, beat off, and also watched a movie while watching this premiere. This has made me go through so much. I passed depression because of this. It really inspired me to become an outstanding young man. Thank you.
The three things I remember about RuneScape; being a Mage was damn near impossible in the beginning,
the melee attack consisted of a single overhead chop,
And being able to only finish half a quest before my teacher noticed I wasn’t doing my school work
It’s always a good day when Habie posts
You comment this on all of his video. Please come up with actuall comments related to the video

very true ms lisa
Thanks for sharing this! I called my son and told him about it and he is stoked! I shipped him an index for Christmas. Runescape was after my time, but he played it non stop.
The Waffle House Has Found Its New Host
The Waffle House has found it’s new host
The Waffle house *has* found it's new host
Bro...we both share the same exact love for old school runescape. Thank you for making me know this exists....i think id cry if i spawned into lumby....and imagine someone making the quests possible... dragon slayer in vr lmao.

This is my first video I've seen by you
But this made me so genuinely happy for a complete stranger. I love this game, even if I don't really play it for any extended amount of time, but seeing this video just fills me with so much nostalgia and giddy.
Happily subbing and hope to see another runescape or RS related video from you in the future
I’m not gona lie. Me and my friends used to sit at the falador bar for hours. Hours. Stairing out the back porch. I’m shocked to hear it’s a surprising place
This is another sign we live in the best timeline. My equivalent of this would be a VR version of Meridian 59, which I think would straight up melt my brain, but I am super hyped that you got to experience this!
This video hits the nostalgia feels right on the nose, never thought I'd see osrs in VR but 2023 and here we are!
I'm like 90% sure you mean 2-Dimensional instead of 1-Dimensional but that kinda mistake is what we like about you habie
I bought gamer sups using your code and it came in today
4:21 "this has a beautiful view of the lake" habie says, while staring out at a bleak castle wall with a 3-foot wide moat in front of it
The Waffle House has found its new host
6:39 almost missed you
Dear follow veteran players,
I was the crazy maniac in the primes of RS2 years that causes long long lines of fires in ALL PARTY worlds & cooking & training magic in FALADOR by the most famous bank where all those party drop winners comes and scream they got lucky and listened to all the stories told by others there...
What a wonderful video! Takes me back to 2006 in computer lab in middle school ignoring my assignments and playing RuneScape lol
The dopamine rush from watching this, with the music, and the hit splat sounds… oh my gosh. Through the roof.
I’m 27 years old and I just got back into old school RuneScape…dude this game is TIMELESS! It’s an never ending adventure..I even managed to remember my old account info…..it would be WILD if they made the full game on VR😯
despite never actually playing or even seeing gameplay of RuneScape i wanna play it now
This is amazing, imagine doing the old wilderness border fights like this
FBI: Time stamp, 2:34 psychopath detected, sending MQ-1 predators immediately
19 year veteran here, this is something I once dreamed of. I NEED to see all of Geilinor in VR. Please!
Now, we need to make in real life version, have a studio dedicated to making specific parts of the map, like the lumbridge kitchen, maybe the grand exchange, and just outside of lumbridge
Now THAT would be something
I really think VR will be *The next big thing* in gaming to the point where we can feel active feedback in our attacks from the controllers.
Obviously we'd be wearing way more advanced stuff but i just cant wait for those days.
I never played Runescape back in the day, but I know the exact feeling of nostalgia and excitement of seeing a game that is pure nostalgia/a core memory in VR. The Skyrim wagonride in VR was something incredible the first time for me. crazy that game is almost 12 years old now.
now we wait for an actual Runescape vr game
This was amazing, we need more of this!
The nostalgia this creates is unparalleled
“weapons grade nostalgia” is one of the funniest things i’ve heard in a while. definitely stealing that
As a wee lad I loved making pies in Lumbridge to level my cooking, then give them out for free to players. Milking cows and gathering eggs, and using wheat in the mill was its own adventure to me :)
Yoo the fucking rats oml they are ingrained in my psyche in ways unexplored by any lesser being haha
Ah RuneScape. the game that made me spend over an hour fighting cows to level up skills for over an hour straight.
Never realized how incredible the hit sound was before
With absolutely zero nostalgia for a game I never played or watched, Runescape maps are still amazing to look at due to the stellar artstyle they have.
So nice of Habie to visit Kenya to feed the hungry! Truly Content Creator of the Year material right there.
@5:25
That's literally the first time I've heard that sound effect and I GEYSER'D MY TEA ONTO MY MONITOR XD
This is absolutely amazing. I recently picked up runescape again because I remember playing it non stop as a kid. I need to get this mod
Didn't know this existed so happy to find your video
7:04 “why even play video games anymore?” Wait till he realises he was playing a video game
I just freakin' love your videos dude, i always click on it so fast my hand does a sonic boom.
Keep it up my man, your content is very entertaining.
I’m new to the channel, and I just have to say, that you are one amazing person, and your content is incredible
This is a beautiful sight, I always wondered what first person RuneScape would look like.. can’t imagine what everything would’ve looked like if rendered properly
very saturday is a bit better when i get the notification that habie posted
They say nostalgia is a form of pain.
I’m smiling in immeasurable pain.
My evil Chicken PTSD flared up as soon as I saw the fish in your inventory.
THE COOKED STEAK oh my goddd I felt that one in my heart! This is so cool, so nostalgic
this video caught me by surprise and i loved every minute of it! Thanks for the healthy dose of nostalgia!
This video made me feel nostalgic emotions of pure joy. Thank you for this VR is a tool that is going to bring joy to people for many years to come
4:18
Same feeling i felt playing Re4VR. So much details from the structures i could never see in Third Person.
Also due to nostalgia, this is one of the coolest things I've ever seen.
"This looks like a deep fried Roblox map" really got me 😂
"Woo" The low polygon runsecape night said as he faded from consciousness with his soul rising to the heavens
(both on nexus, but piepop is being funky with his mods) Modders are definitely getting more creative as the game updates, I genuinely love seeing the stuff the community comes up with.
it's crazy from the sounds of this video this mod released last year and freakishly enough this is my first time hearing about this mod
