You know that machine like the back of your hand, by far the most capable person of all the mpc tutorial videos I watched. I'm going to watch this over and over again until I know it like you do. Amazing thanks
Your videos are great. You are very knowledgeable. I would love to see a vid of you explaining the practical use the progressions option in pad perform mode and how to create chord progressions within the mpc live
Hey @Tube Digga, I just want to say thanks so much for this series, have been following along and have almost finished my first drum & bass tune. Not one to nag, but any idea when part 4 might drop? Cheers matey!
You show techniques that no one else on YT does bro. I've been watching vids for months and never saw anyone use the automation record toggle on the top of the touch screen. I've been meaning to figure out what that button did. Need more time to scoure these vids for more!
Great tutorial !! Is it possibe to apply the same slices from one sample to another ? for example if later on you decide that your resampled drum loop has a too loud kick and do another version of it, could you get the slicing info from the first one and apply it to the new sample ?
It depends if you’ve sliced your sample using the regions option then it would be easy to just apply the same value for example 16 regions or slices to the new sample. Alternatively you can chop as many samples as you like and just swap out a particular sample in a chop program for another because chop programs are just Drum programs.
Great stuff, thank you for this! Can I ask you something, I think you had that oldschool "bad" time stretch effect in one of your tutorials. It's been used quite offten in '90s jungle tracks, when you stretch voice or breakbeat a lot and it adds that metalic artefact-ish effect. Please, can you tell which video was it? I can not find it.
3X0M Br34ks Really miss my X, particularly the qlinks but I have a decent midi controller now which makes up for it. I love the One, nice and compact and sounds no different. No phono input or SSD bay. Those are its main shortcomings for me
@@TUBEDIGGA yeah word. just debating on selling the x in the future for the one. even the x doesnt have enough inputs i feel like so i might just downgrade and save the cash.

Excuse the biscuits and the candle I blew out, and sorry for the delay, had a lot on in the last 2 weeks. Enjoy, part 4 in next week or two. Big up.
I could go for some biscuits and a smoke 🚬 big up
