I get it that the analogy is used for dramatized humor but I would question the underlying meaning of it. The ideas of these radicals are not innate to them. They are socially constructed ideas that are received by them just like the XX/XY distinction (the XX/XY lines up more with what we really see but it is still socially constructed and not innate either.) The reason why the distinction is so vast is not due to one human being truly different from the other but instead because the fundamental assumptions are disconnected from one another. One assumes that there are external truths that you can approach by distinction. (XX/XY is approaching an actual reality that you can be "wrong" about.) The other assumes those "truths" are mostly social constructs themselves and are portrayed as "truths" for the use of power. Which is coming mostly from Michel Foucault even though most radicals wouldn't be able to tell you that. The "woke lady" technically isn't even consistent in her underlying assumptions because she applies modernism and agrees (that's why they have a true momentary dialogue between them) when challenged on the science of XX/XY but then immediately after ejects modernism when it comes to gender. So, not only are these ideas not innate to the "woke lady" but you can actually see that she still applies modernist distinction in some of the things she says. It is actually possible to dialogue with the "woke lady" but it must be at a more fundamental level than the conversation within the video. We have millions of people who report that they feel more aligned with the social role of "man" than "woman", although they can biologically be classified as women. So, what we used to do is approach this as a mental condition that should be treated, but then it was realized that it isn't necessarily a problem, it's more so a matter of individual freedom. If an individual feels like they are happier living their lives in the social role of another gender than their biological one, why should the government or anyone prevent that? Also, I want to say that in social day to day life, we aren't looking at each others chromosomes or sex cells and categorizing people based on that. We look at the sirface appearance, and usually through that we practically determine someones gender. So this phenomenon has created the idea of the social gender, or the gender "role". What a trans person wants is to fit into a different gender role than what their biological sex is, so in that way sex and gender aren't always 100% correlated and are used to refer to something distinct.

Actually though, the trans man has a point. There’s an area in the brain called the sexually dimorphic nucleus, I believe the larger it is, the more masculine a person feels. So there is science behind his claim, he just doesn’t know it. Obviously, I don’t believe there is anything someone can do to reduce the size of their sexually dimorphic nucleus so there’s an argument that trans men or women can’t help which sex they identify with as it is in fact the biology of their brain. I learnt this when I was about 16 and that’s why I’ve always accepted trans people.

Studies indicate that in the majority of cases, trans people's brains resemble the brain of the gender that they identify as, and not their gender according to chromosomes. This means that if we do believe that a person's experience lies in the brain, they are meaningfully the gender that their brain is, and the rest of the body is sort of secondary to that.

I get it that the analogy is used for dramatized humor but I would question the underlying meaning of it.
The ideas of these radicals are not innate to them. They are socially constructed ideas that are received by them just like the XX/XY distinction (the XX/XY lines up more with what we really see but it is still socially constructed and not innate either.)
The reason why the distinction is so vast is not due to one human being truly different from the other but instead because the fundamental assumptions are disconnected from one another.
One assumes that there are external truths that you can approach by distinction. (XX/XY is approaching an actual reality that you can be "wrong" about.)
The other assumes those "truths" are mostly social constructs themselves and are portrayed as "truths" for the use of power. Which is coming mostly from Michel Foucault even though most radicals wouldn't be able to tell you that.
The "woke lady" technically isn't even consistent in her underlying assumptions because she applies modernism and agrees (that's why they have a true momentary dialogue between them) when challenged on the science of XX/XY but then immediately after ejects modernism when it comes to gender.
So, not only are these ideas not innate to the "woke lady" but you can actually see that she still applies modernist distinction in some of the things she says.
It is actually possible to dialogue with the "woke lady" but it must be at a more fundamental level than the conversation within the video.
To give an example it would be like someone asking, "Does Sasquatch brush his teeth?" If the other party doesn't believe that Sasquatch exists then the conversation must move to the underlying question of existence for true dialogue to occur.

We have millions of people who report that they feel more aligned with the social role of "man" than "woman", although they can biologically be classified as women. So, what we used to do is approach this as a mental condition that should be treated, but then it was realized that it isn't necessarily a problem, it's more so a matter of individual freedom. If an individual feels like they are happier living their lives in the social role of another gender than their biological one, why should the government or anyone prevent that?
Also, I want to say that in social day to day life, we aren't looking at each others chromosomes or sex cells and categorizing people based on that. We look at the sirface appearance, and usually through that we practically determine someones gender. So this phenomenon has created the idea of the social gender, or the gender "role". What a trans person wants is to fit into a different gender role than what their biological sex is, so in that way sex and gender aren't always 100% correlated and are used to refer to something distinct.

Still shockingly high, but a minority opinion on the decline, and that was even in the year before people like Matt Walsh and Dr. Phil put it on blast. I'm sure it's even lower now.
