How to play Single player Dayz with mods

- Here's my quick and easy how to guide for running #dayzstandalone in single player with mods. To Create the #dayz Single Player Server Startup batch file . Copy the following into notepad and save as Hippcelt.bat in the dayz server directory.

Good idea use a LAN server for testing mods, .xml changes etc before uploading to nitrado

It's absurd that to create a server you need to complete the Keys folder every time
i've tried adding around 10 mods, but it will only load 4. any idea how to fix this?
it let me load in the server the first time and them the second it wont let me connect to my own server
when i try to run the .bat file it starts as normal but at the end before its done it says "script variables corrupted upon" then it lists out multiple items. then it pops up with an error stating "Out of memory (requested -126498kb). footprint 1228115685 kb. I've looked everywhere and found nothing about the script variables. i am trying to use like 15-20 mods but im not sure which one is creating errors. when i try booting up vanilla it works fine.
have you tried it with just the one mod ?

@@HippCelt Yes Rammstein is from Germany ;) But it dosnt help me. I knew Rammstein but i want to know hoe i can use the Levornia map on this Server!

@@HippCelt 2 same Rammstein videos an the last is a mod map, not a DLC map!
Its in the missions folder, you load the different maps in the mission section. I would watch a video bcuz its abit confusing at first

And when i close the server it says game data maybe lost..will the game not save everytine i turn the computer off?

hello so i was trying to add vvpadmin tools but it says cant compline game script module. i tried to check if i had any errors in the lines but i didnt i copied and did it all again also. is there a fix to this?

Doesn't work for me... Did everything like in the videos. It just says "hostname parameter is missing" what did I do wrong?
thats a download error with dayz itself, i fixed mine by just redownloading but some people have to download arma 3 then redownload dayz bc they have shared assets so there wont be any missing files

@@HippCelt yea i tried that guide already. Pretty sure the mods were outdated or something. I removed the ones causing errors and the rest were fine
so i dont have notepad++ can i use any coding software or can i even use the regular notepad thing again
yeah you can use whatever you want ....imo it won't be as awesome as notepad++ but you use whatever works for you

i added a few mods they all show up in the launcher and all that but i dont see or have found any of the items in the mods ie guns cars etc did i need to transfer any other files i need to put in for them to be injected into the spawning pool or something
Okay so i noticed that the mods that need spaces in there names wont load correctly if you keep the spaces in, or replace them with underscores or just removing the spaces, would anyone know how to fix this issue?

@@HippCelt okay so I found out the issue In the template there was not quotation marks so the spaces would not process for some reason so (“-mods=@example mod”

No you need to really to pay attention to the instructions
It seems that the person who uploaded the video has some kind of problem, the singleplayer.bat file must be created by you, it is not part of the folder

The server keeps saying that jm_cf_scripts is missing? im 99,999% sure i did everything right and installed the community framework tho
No Idea as I've never installed community framework..

@@jackmather7933 I think some of the mods are just garbage, and the game is rightfully rejecting them.

I've encountered another problem though. Everytime I try to load into the server, it says that I don't have the Livonia DLC, even though it supposedly merged with the base game a month earlier.
I believe I fixed it? Buut now I have another problem. I'll google this one for now since it's new.
Aight, I can't do this without help. To shorten the problem: It's basicly a server error, something about dta/bin.pbo, and so yeah.
