New to the connection and can't get it to work and hook it up to HDMI 2. Nevertheless selected it on the screen and went to display and sound still no signal. First time using it after 2 years watching it without cable.

Listen....my HDMI cable worked just fine on my Samsung. I switched it to this TV and still doesn't work after listening to your video.

I uninstalled a bunch of apps and now mine hdmi works and tv runs faster and better
