One tray bake....uses a frying pan too.... kind of defeats the object

I didnt say I didnt like it. I love all your recipes. But the idea of a 1 tray bake is to only use 1 tray and nothing else. Just a light hearted comment, no malice intended

Haste this was absolutely amazing. Very simple and easy. I didn't do the kale fry, I just steamed some carrots peas and broccoli. Worked pretty well.

This looks lovely but I don’t like peas😩. Is there anything I can substitute for them?

I tried this recipe - great great taste - but your potetoes looks way more browned and delicious than my did - 180* celcius for 25 minutes mine was still very hard and i couldn't mash them at all

Maybe your potatoes were bigger? You could have halved them which would have helped :)

Isn't 20 minutes quite a lot for the salmon?
I usually do 10-12 minutes and it comes out medium

I agree--for me 6 minutes is plenty if using wild caught, especially flesh side down.

That would be very raw and not advised by me. , 6 mins on a regular supermarket or like me locally sourced fish market cut. You need 15-20 minutes at 180c for a crispy skin and a soft centre. Please, please understand that this video is for simplicity for families looking to cook quick healthy meals. They’re not going out with a new fishing rod to catch wild salmon.. Also so on that note, wild Salmon can be done if freshly caught, thinly cut and prepped with a extremely hot pan in 5-6 minutes , but that’s not what this recipe is about.
