If someone stuns/immobilizes you for 1 second and you have 30% Tenacity : you will be stuned for : 1sec - (30% of 1sec) SO you will be only stuned for 0,7 second

Not really sure. The devs have a bad track record on explanations seems like this one needs more explanation. Seems that the total damage it does will increase and hp drops, but unsure the scaling
Tenacity is any form of CC exlcuding knockups. so building tenacity lowers the time that CC affects you. 20% tenacity means u will make 1 second, .8 seconds for example.

the + is addition, its not to say the value is positive. so it'll be (15%)+ (20%)

@@ObeyThePapaya yep, same way that the DR in Smite works on some CCs. Knockups will apply DR but aren't innately affected for example.

@@SalsaRosa-gp7jlas an enemies HP gets lower, only the damage that Tainted Rounds passive does increases. The cap is probably at either 40% or 30%
