I'm not feeling too well lately but I still wanted to post something this week. Here's a really old reaction video..it kinda got emotional & personal at the end that's why I never posted it..but I feel closer to my subs now so..❤️
This reaction is exactly what separates u from the rest. To open ur heart like that is amazing. I perfectly understand why u didn't originally show it. U will forever associate Breaking Benjamin's with that time in ur life and that is ok. I hope today saw u, ur mom and especially ur dad getting better.
Being a close friend of Ben Burnley (Lead Vocals) it's great to see his music after all these years being a sound engineer for them reach other audiences! Much love!!! 🤘🤘🤘
Tell Ben I've been a massive, massive fan since 2004. My favourite band; went to Download 2016 just to see them, have had their emblem tattooed since 2014, and that they've gotten me through some shit times but also really great ones too. Please lol
There are plenty of Breaking Benjamin songs that hit me in the feels. Dear Agony is one that leaves me feeling the way you did after this song. I hope you are doing ok and feel better.
Also Give me a sign 💔 Their songs are so beautiful. & I'm doing a bit better definitely but still very drained. Hopefully I'll be better by next week☺️
@@GiddyKitty yeah hopefully. We need you feeling better! I know that sounds selfish. Haha. No I really hate that you are sick. Interesting coincidence is that it seems like every person that I take to a concert to introduce them to hard rock/metal i end up taking them to see Breaking Benjamin. It is never planned that way but they just happen to be coming to town at that time. I call them the gateway band.
Nobody's talking about the fact that bb is one of the very few bands that have NO BAD SONGS . It takes true talent, dedication, taste and hard work to pull that off
Glad you're checking them out. Been listening to them since I was a kid and pretty much got me into metal music back then. Hope you'll check out more of their discography cos' it's awesome.
I feel like them and Chevelle switched places Chevelle was huge when WWN came out in 02 and BB was still kinda under the radar and as Chevelle stayed to their roots and eventually got heavier I felt people stopped listening to them whereas when Phobia hit in 06 TDOJ was EVERYWHERE and they just went up (in popularity) from there
Keep listening to BB, they are amazing, especially Benjamin Burnley, he's a total gift. Fun fact* about "Anthem Of The Angels", it was written by Benjamin Burnley about his own grandfather, and the experience of seeing and interacting with him in the hospital. If I'm not mistaken, it also involves the aftermath, at least hospital-wise, because some parts of the lyrics do sort of lean into the experience of coming into the room to find that your loved one has passed away. I could be wrong about that part, but the lyrics do point that way. Note: Facts may *not* be fun.
Old school Is "creed" or foo figthers. Breaking Benjamín it's a good band, but sounds like "twelve stones" or " three doors down". Anyway... "Centenials"...
If you liked this then check out their triology red cold river, torn into, and tourniquet which is almost a mini movie / story which will hit hard but to get the storyline you have to pay attention to the videos well worth the time warning though have tissue ready
I saw BB once, with Five Finger Death Punch. At that show, Ben had a cold, and Ivan Moody had an injured ankle, but both still threw down, no holding back. True rockers! Great reaction, Kitty! 🤘👍🤘
Anthem of the Angels also reminds me of my Grandfather, he passed from cancer. I believe Ben ( lead singer ) wrote the song about his own grandfather too
Ah, Breaking Benjamin. One of my favorite bands from my edgy high schooler days that still holds up. It's nice to put on a band you haven't listened to in years and find you can still sing just about every song word for word once you get back in the groove.
Tonally, I find this track to be a long the lines of "So Cold", because anyone can listen to it and become initiated into the alt/metal scene (or at least genre), and not even realize. If we could get someone on from this song, and then gradually introduce them into more and more hard core Breaking Benjamin songs, at least totally and vocally, we could probably get a bunch of converts.
Fun fact Breaking Benjamin is the band that got me into metal and is one of my favorite bands another fun fact my friends say I kinda look like Benjamin the lead singer but I don't see it I think there messing with me I also knew someone who cry at some breaking benjamin songs even there heaviest songs like what why!? But the singer did go threw a lot of shit and I think that's why there songs are emotional in a real way and also hopeful and that's why I really respect Breaking Benjamin Anthem Of The Angels great song a song that really gets me is there song 'give me a sign' let out a cry noting wrong with that
I gotta agree! Idk it just makes my heart heavy these songs are relatable I guess :/ oh man I think I THINK I know give me a sign! Damn 15 y.o listened to some good stuff 😂
Hello my dear Rana, I love this video! First it's a great song, I like it very much too! And second your emotional connection with the death of your grandpa, they way you put it in your reaction and let us share your feelings is what makes you so special and adorable. I really hope you and your parents are getting well soon again, I pray for you and I'm with you in my thoughts...keep it up, right in these times we need you:-)😍
Hello, I heard in past videos that u are from Líbano so I recommend u a band called Nile they're metal legends they blend death metal with Egyptian and middle eastern music, brutal as fucking hell. Another cool band from middle east is called Al Namrood they're from Arabia Saudi the members are anonymous because their identification could lead to death punishment by arabian regime, what's more metal than that?
Lol liked the review, but I really loved how you thought it was heavy when in my personal opinion this is one of Benjamin’s more tame songs plus compared to other rock/metal music this isn’t even remotely heavy.
Awesome band, u should do more reacts since their songs are all good especially I'd say the first 3 albums, you can't go wrong with dear agony, that being said, I love you ❤️
Love Failure and Breaking Benjamin! Great reaction! Another awesome band I’d check out is Seether, their songs Let You Down and Fine Again would be good ones to listen to
interesting..athem of the angels is the song that helped me cope with the death of my godmother and my father soo i know the feeling. hope you're doing ok!

This is one of the few bands that actually doesn’t have a song that is bad at all.
BB always finds a way to be catchy with the instruments and the melody choices, an underrated band that i think doesnt have a bad song is dangerkids
I can’t think of one..
Ben pours his creative soul into EVERY lyric! And the performance of the entire band adds to that.
True
Just AS tdg
breaking benjamin = one of the band who introduced kids of end 90's and 2000's into metal
You are absolutely right
Their not metal band though and they don't have to be.
@@octobersky9639 they are, it's useless to be an elitist
Not sure if I'd say their metal but they did put me on to rock music as a whole

You say you're kpop fan but your eyes are of a metal head
Metal is all about heavy instrumental in mix with melody and meaning
Luckily good guess
Love this band since ‘06. They won me over with “Diary of Jane” and the rest is history. Dope reaction lady.
Breaking Benjamin is the on band that helped me through middle school to high school with most of my depression and kept me pushing

I LOVED when I first heard this song back in highschool. The day it came out I kept listening to it ever since.
In 2011 BB was already old-school. Im 51 so I knew them since day 1. They really dont make bad songs.
Honestly one of my favourite bands which I love almost every song on each album, so consistently good

Red Cold River is one of my favorites

Also by Breaking Benjamin btw lol
If you could react to Trivium that would be amazing, only if you want to and can do so.
Yeah
Trivium is a great way, to get this alternative/ grunge taste out of your mouth.
Pull Harder on the Strings of Your Martyr or A Gunshot to the Head of Trepidation, preferably. They're best for the channel.
It's always great to see people with different taste in music listen and enjoy Breaking Benjamin
