GM Joe. Happy Sunday. Omg. Look at this lot. Like the elevation. Surprised not fenced but in the aerial it looked liked both homes fenced in the rear? Ok. Front office or bedroom with en-suite. Large dining. Butlers pantry to kitchen. Open concept. Breakfast nook. Big island with storage. Have gotten to appreciate this cabinet color. Big pantry. The transient window although great for natural light gives me creepy neighbors looking in vibes 😂🤷🏻‍♀️. Like the game/media room. Love the pool bath with door directly to outside. No wet ppl walking the house. Huge drop zone. Lots of storage nooks. Only thing needed a 1/2 bath downstairs as well for non pool dry folks 😂. Like the primary straight up the stairs. Large bedroom. Appreciate the Jack n Jill but why? Home large enough for every bedroom to have its own en-suite. No door , closet and sink? Pocket door to mid tub/shower/toilet/linen closet. Then pocket doors to the 2nd sink and closet. Ok. I get it and I like. Oh. Bedrooms carpeted and halls floored. Next bedroom with en-suite 🙌🏼. Love French doors to the primary. Cozy sitting area on entry. Love that nook for a desk so the office on entry downstairs would be a bedroom with en-suite. Lovely primary en-suite. Don’t need the tub but great for folks that like tubs. And don’t like the positioning in between the 2 sinks. Closet small. Love the shower with seat. Ohhhhh. Another closet 🙌🏼. Linen closet. Love the pocket sliders. The covered lanai is small considering all this space. Tight getting to that outdoor kitchen if ppl sitting at the table. It’s the gate closing it in. Lovely pool. Good Morning Cydney! I know!!! These homes sit on a .5 acre lot minimum. This home has the luxury home layout that you see with other higher-end builders. I love this plan!! I feel they should try to make a version like this but with a primary down and it would be a winner too. I don't know about Jack. and jill too. I feel like it would be better just to separate the rooms and make the bath access by both rooms. Thank you so much for watching!! Location? Like the large lot. More concerning is the price. High interest now compared to my current 2.75% mortgage.

Hi tcruz86. 2.75% is an amazing rate! I have the same and I doubt I will move again. The pricing here is more affordable than most areas and you get the larger lots, which as you know is very tough to find here. This is in the east side of Orlando. Sunset Preserve.
