    Wow this is a great recipe, thank you! We did amp up the amount of cardamom both in the dough and the filling and it was perfect. We didn’t have pearled sugar so we used turbinado sugar instead and that worked as well! The video was very enjoyable (relaxing) to watch and is a really helpful accompaniment 🤍

    These swedish cinnamon buns look incredibly mouthwatering! I loved the addition of pistachio cz i loove it..i enjoyed the whole process and ASMR sounds and the relaxing music in the background😊 so beautiful👍🏻

    I love your video and wish to try & bake the Cardamom and Pistachio buns for upcoming Christmas gatherings. Can you help me understand one or two elements in the recipe. In the cardamom pistachio version, how much chopped Pistachio (grams?) have you sprinkled onto the Cardamom paste filling? Also, what is the rolled out dimension of the Dough before adding the filling? Thank you for your help & guidance.

      Thank you so much! I haven't mentioned the quantity of chopped pistachio just to let the chance to add as much as someone likes. For example, I normally add about 70g. of chopped pistachio. As the video shows, I sprinkle pistachio just after I spread the cardamom filling (watch the video for instructions). The final dimension depends on how much you roll out the dough. It should be about 30-40 cm long.

      Hey! This is the Swedish recipe, but they are very similar to the Finnish Korvapuusta. The only thing is that you don't need to make a knot, but roll them and press them with a stick. Sometimes I make them too, using the same recipe!

    a tip; dont melt the butter. Let it sit in room temperature so it becomes soft and then you add it to the mixture. This way you will need less flour to make the perfect dough and the bunns will be more juicy

      ¡Eso es raro! Si la masa final es aguada, entonces tu harina no tiene una gran capacidad de absorción. Deberías agregar un poco más de harina.

    What you're using is not pearl as pearl sugar is smaller.Swedish pearl sugar by Dansukker looks like this www.amazon.co.uk/Dansukker-Pearl-Nib-Sugar-500g/dp/B072ZXPDP6

      Thanks for letting me know! In Italy, this is how Pearl sugar looks like. I had no idea there's even smaller. Probably the one you've showed me is even better since is not so big as the one we have here. But hey, hoped that sugar didn't ruin the rest of the recipe. :D
