- Today we are making Meat LASAGNA Recipe with very easy to follow step & neat tricks. We also show how to make Chopped meat &
homemade Garlic Bread ENJOY.
SAUCE RECIPE:-
1 Med Onion (chopped)
2 TBL SPN Fresh Garlic (chopped)
2 TBL SPN Dried Oregano
2 TBL SPN Basil
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
30 oz Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 Cup OLIVE OIL
1 TBL SPN Tomato Paste

CHOPPED MEAT:-
2 1/2 LBS Chopped Meat
1/2 Cup Oil
1/2 White Onion Chopped
1 TBL SPB Fresh Garlic
1 TBL SPN Garlic Powder
1 TBL SPN Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TBL SPN Italian Seasoning

I did mines just like this video. Difference is for my ricotta cheese I added eggs, mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper. Use prego sauce added seasonings. 👌😋 Out of all recipes on UA-cam, yours the best. 👍👍😊 Family enjoyed it. Thank you for this recipe.

My father used to work in an Italian restaurant in Germany. We live in the states now and I wanted to surprise him with a lasagna dish (being its my first time making one). I must say it was an exceptional dish and really appreciate you offering it to us. He looked at me and was like, where did you learn to make it like that? He was impressed hehe. Thanks again!

AwesomeMan2696 well it’s thick I don’t know about being the best. It’s all in the sauce, meat and cheese preparation. What ever ingredients one chooses to use. I put chopped olives and mushrooms in the meat prep. Plus I don’t drain the meat fat. The fat has flavor. Why throw it?
jogmas12 - I sort of agree. Lots of flavor, but I’d save it for something else like rice pilaf. I think the cheese made for plenty of moisture.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME.. Woah!!! I didnt even feel like making the lasagna today but after watching this caveman rustic looking one and then the garlic bread on my favorite bread forget it! I am running to the kitchen to make mine with my homemade sauce i jarred during the summer OMG ( laughing out loud ) it made me really want to make it now. you did it differently then i usually do it making it look easier less time consuming idk why you have thumbs down i guess some people are afraid to try it making it different and damn that looks like a piece of art ,Bravo thanks for sharing your way looks really tasty ...

I've been craving lasagna and I like trying new ways to make it. I once knew a woman who made lasagna and it was soo delicious. I lost touch with her so I never got her recipe. I guess what stood out to me was I could really taste the ground beef separate from the sauce. Now I know why, because she cooked the ground beef separately like yours. It made the world of difference in flavor. So I'll be making your recipe. I love watching cooking videos, but out of all the recipes I've seen, yours is the only one with the meat cooked separately. It makes sense since your adding another layer of flavor without the meat drowning in sauce where you hardly taste it. Might as well add no meat. lol.

I’ve been watching a lot of videos, your Lasagna looks the best! Thick and holds its shape. I’ve surprisingly never made lasagna. I think I like that you keep the meat separate from the sauce, looks good 👍🏻

Although I have been making lasagna for years, mine is never "juicy" or moist enough for me. Decided 2 checkout how others are making theirs, for ideas. After watching a couple lasagna videos, this one hit the mark! This lasagna looks like how I want mine 2 be...flavorful, juicy, & stacked!!! Now lemme go see if I can step my lasagna game up!!! 🤞

Your lasagna was def worth the,time watching. I make a great one too but i love watching how others make theirs. So many different ways. I make one nice big layer of ricotta. I dont layer mine. I am a fanatic over premium ricotta. What used to be Sorrento is now Galbani and its,the best. In Philly Maggio is great as,well. I have tp stop myself from eating the whole container of it. I also make my own cannolis. Its important tp strain the ricotta overnight to get the whey or milky water out so your lasagna or cannolis or whatever doesnt have that watery stuff puddling.
I love your style, Good ricotta is very important & I also love sorrento . My wife is Italian & she can eat whole can of ricotta by her self lol. I will love to watch your cannoli recipe , you r awesome as always !!!
