I love this video! The way Ethan was so quick to judge Marcus based on stereotypes, only to be completely blindsided by Marcus’s success, is a perfect example of how bias can cloud our judgment. The twist at the end was jaw-dropping, and I love how Marcus didn’t hold a grudge but instead gave Ethan a chance to learn and grow. It’s rare to see a story where someone not only learns from their mistake, but becomes a better person because of it. The diversity training, the new inclusive team, and Ethan’s personal transformation-it all just shows how empathy and second chances can change lives. This is the kind of leadership we need more of!
Once I went to buy a car being a woman nobody was paying attention to me . There were two sales man commented what does a woman know, just cooking they spoke in Swahili and I knew what they were talking at the end I said good bye in Swahili
It's unfortunate that some people still have outdated views. Your experience highlights the importance of standing up for ourselves and proving our worth, no matter the situation!
Nice story but I don’t believe it. I have been to Rolls-Royce and Bentley branches several times, never wearing an Italian suit and silk ties and I have always been very well received. On the other hand, in a big Peugeot superstore in Spain, I had to buy a small Peugeot 308 car. It was in July, it was very hot. I was in a T-shirt, Bermuda shorts and flip-flops and when I went in, a very handsome and very well-dressed salesman looked at me with disdain and directed me to a young salesman who was a rookie. When I bought the car after a quarter of an hour and paying cash.; all the salesmen in suits were blown away, the young beginner salesman was delighted and so was I. All this to say that now that I'm 69 and have bought a lot of cars in my life, as a matter of fact I was able to notice that the sellers were often much more snobbish in popular brands than in luxury brands.
It's fascinating how experiences can vary so much between different brands. Your story really highlights the importance of attitude in customer service, regardless of the brand's prestige!
Who invent that kind of false stories? Last month I run into several stories like this with the voice of the same announcer, If I'm not mistaken. Did you?

Nice story, but I am puzzled regarding the last photo, it seems as if the blue Rolls Royce behind Ethan is bent at 90 degrees in the middle ?
Thanks for watching! The photo does have an interesting perspective, doesn’t it? Sometimes angles can play tricks on the eye!
That's bad. We have money to.
It sounds like you’re feeling a bit frustrated. It’s always tough when things don’t go as planned, but we’ll figure it out together!
We the people come here without, on going without
It's interesting how we all come together in this journey, isn't it? Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
He's done for 😂😂😂
It’s unfortunate that people still act this way. We need to stand together against racism in all its forms.
Only a stupid guy would stay. He will be the subject of mocking of his new team to join, hahaha.
People like you always talk nonsense!!!
It's always tough to find the right fit in a new team. Hopefully, he finds a place where he feels valued!
Facebook video! UA-cam is going down the gurgles!!
Thank you for watching!

It's interesting how certain narratives seem to pop up everywhere, isn't it? It's like there's a script being passed around.
