Easily one of my favorite podcasts. Mark Bouris has such a relaxed and intuitive style that the guests really open up. Even if I don't know much about his guests, still listen.
Wow, I didn't realise Gary is 60. Time flies. He first came to my notice about 20 years or so back when he was on 4 Corners (I think) on the Bowraville deaths . He was a genuine good cop.
I love his podcast. Interesting, as a nurse, it's similar to the police apparently. There's a saying I was taught 20 years ago. Nurses eat their young...it's sad but very true. Loved this chat as much as the Eric Bana chat.
the old adage - one door closes, another one opens.. this chapter of mr jubelins life is certainly starting off with a bang on the “tubes of you.!” throughly enjoy each and every podcast / show that’s produced. i’m constantly learning and laughing. i / we appreciate you.! ☺️😊😄 ✌🏻🌏🇦🇺🤘🏻
Great interview with 2 of my favourite hot silver foxes 😉 Gary you should never have lost your job. On a positive side I really enjoy your podcast as you have opened my eyes to so many aspects of policing and the criminal world.
Love your interview style Mark. It’s clear your guests are relaxed and open up to you. Being an ex SF operator in the military , I can relate to a lot of what Gary says about the job coming first to the detriment of personal relationships on the ‘outside’ PS: my missus reckons your a good sort for an old bloke😁
Haha, this reminds me of my job of meter reading. It’s like a I’m doing a service for the general community and I feel good for doing that, give people accurate usage for their utility usage. I was dishwashing for crown Sydney and also about to take over my dad business in construction in my past life. Didn’t really enjoyed both these jobs tbh.
@@user-bg2ig5xc3ehe took the case off another detective. He wasn’t the original detective on the case. Most of the mistakes were made in the original investigation!
I’ve been in and out the system since 1999 it needs programs there’s nothing to do in there hence why crims learn new ways to do jobs once they get out
Try your canvas of result is your level of try . What’s your level Gary I’m willing to die for the truth ❤ Are you❤ Or your image more important?!. ❤ What’s inside yours?!.❤
