Would appreciate adding csp's version of the bone tool for 3.0

how do you isolate the parts and save them

cool but, still is a lot more work to make animation... maybe for very simple fast animation, but for 1 minute or more animation, this would be very painfull... clip studio could give anchor points and nodes (put lines behind or above shapes, or merge lines with 2 or more shapes) like toon boom so we could do cut out animation good... we already can do vectors here, I know some people use clip for animation, but still is very simple, and more for a frame by frame... and I will say its very confusing to understand the way of making animation in clip studio, they need to change that to a more common, based in other animation apps (not sure if they manage that in new updates since I dont pay for monthly updates, I am stuck in 2.1).

I feel you, but at the core of it, csp is a drawing program... Adding more functionalities might make the program more complex to maintain or run worse... It'll probably add more animation features in the future, or some kind of optional plugins so the base functionality isn't too compromised (and I say this cause Photoshop for examples has always run like shi on my PC, maybe is because it's too bloated and unoptimized).

@@J3ss4u yeah, I saw they kind of worked the animation layers on the new version of csp... about running worse, csp is pretty heavy compared to other apps like, paintstorm studio, paint tool sai, art rage, even photoshop... I am talking about optimization, using some tools, using the brush, pencil and pen in clip studio for example is heavier than those other apps (for someone who do not use other apps maybe do not notice a lot, but try paintstorm studio (they have brushs with realistic and more inclined to paint, so its supposed to be heavy but it is not), and you will see how it flows amazing, but of course, I prefer clip because theres a lot of functions for drawing).

This isn't really rigging. It's just moving art around on separate layers and turning it at a pivot point.

That is exactly what 2d rigging means

@@Hel3na The correct method is to use anchor points... I would like to explain further, but my comments are being deleted.

@Hel3na A rigger would be expected to connect parts, assign layer hierarchy and parameters. Drawing the model and animating are separate workflows from rigging.

Man, this rigging method is not cool... If we have to manipulate each part of the body independently to create a simple movement, then it's not worth doing. We need a tool to connect each body part to one another, and we still don't have that in Clip Studio.

If you use folders you can create something that resembles hierarchy

This is a great tutorial! I wish csp could do more to truly allow a bone hierarchy on the software and maybe allow fk/ik motion.
