Krissy, I would love for you to do a video where you teach us how to start doing pull-ups (for beginners).💪I think it's one of the most challenging exercises, and I would really appreciate it if you could help us out because you've nailed it
first practice deadhangs for as long as you can. start with doing assisted pull ups if your gym has that machine, slowly decrease the amount of assisting weight you need until you zero it out. if you don’t have that then a pull up bar with resistance bands looped from it (like how she has it set up in the vid) is your best bet. you might need two of the highest resistance bands you can find if you’re just starting out. also focus on negatives, like jump up and hold yourself up and lower yourself suuuper slow holding as long as you can. focus on scapula/shoulder exercises alongside building a stronger core, and do your other back exercises too ofc :)

If you’ve ever tried pull-ups, with a resistance band, you would then know that it does take more of your effort than the bands🫢 I’m still trying to do a pull ups. It’s very hard, especially for someone that has been overweight, but I’m now at a reasonable weight where I’m trying to do some work out so I was never able to do an even with the resistance band I still can’t do a pull up😅
Yeah not really. The weight is too much for her and shes like bucking her upper body and going way too fast. People need to learn how to use the correct weights for them for each exercise.
Nope. The reps are not always controlled, the elbows are not tight enough when she curls because the weight is probably slightly too much. But she’s overall amazing.
Ummm….this is not perfect form. She is lifting too heavy and not getting full extension on anything. She may be a nice girl but if you really want to learn correctly follow an expert, not this girl
You only need to undress if it’s for creating a post as a technique to attract more views. If it’s not for creating content most gyms you’ll find people not dressed like this

Depende de cada estructura ósea se verá más o menos recta, y cuando se toma peso la columna y erectores espinales tomarán una fracción segundos de lordosis del lumbar y algo de balanceo para compensar. Depende que ejercicio.

Besides the pull ups, I did this exact workout in supersets this morning in the jump. That resistance band deserves all the credit.
