- Wayne Henderson is an American luthier who is very famous throughout the guitar community for his quality handmade guitars. This Wayne Henderson D-28 is an astounding rosewood dreadnought with power, volume, and enough presence to fill a room with beautiful sweeping overtones. Jesse sat down with local guitarist Jonathan Brown to demonstrate this guitar and talk about Wayne's influence on the acoustic guitar. Enjoy!

Wayne is KING!
Many famous guitarists own a Henderson. The rest just wish they did.
I really love those Henderson guitars they are the best sounding
Man. I have to open a guitar shop. I need to do this all day. Thanks for all the great videos.
You can do it! Glad you're enjoying!
I didn’t expect to hear “ Buckaroo” on that guitar 😂. Good stuff!
You should wear also a Oxiden Mask and Rubber Gloves....it’s much safer....
You must be the funniest guy in the trailer park.
All aboard the hype train! Sounds no better than Martin Authentics or Huss and Daltons.
I am sure you can catch all the subtle nuances of guitar tone through the compressed audio from UA-cam. Maybe the old adage about "if you don't have anything nice to say"? should come into play. Merry Christmas anyway
Pffffffffft ok...
Totally agree. All these small boutique builders think they are magic wizards or something. Just buy a Martin and save thousands of dollars
@@dmcrisp I sure can't agree...they don't think anything beyond their love for the instrument and their ability to craft incredible guitars. I've met many builders, hands down almost all very humble considering their skill level and most can also play the heck out of a guitar. Sure, Martins are usually top notch quality but most are factory specific to a line of a certain model. The luthiers are quite often one builder, making each guitar a totally unique piece. Sure, they may sell anywhere from 3k-20k and up but there are Martins out there in that same price range. (btw...that Henderson sounded awesome! Great video! All the best with your series)
@@dmcrisp Then just buy an Eastman used for $1100 lol and save even more
