I hurt my back at work. I’m doing Physio for it. I’ve strained muscles 3rd layer down connecting to my spine. Small fibre tears. My back is very tight. My lower back is always hurting. What do you suggest to heal and strengthen my inner back muscles?

Is this better than laying on your side and doing straight leg lifts?
Great video, my inexperienced self went and did this wrong and hurt my back in the process. Now that my back is feeling better I'm going to do it this way!
is there a recommended amount of reps or sets I'm confused on if I'm supposed to hold the position or if this is a repetition exercise
I do them both ways. Sometimes I hold as much as I can. Sometimes I repeat, but I always stay on the position at least a second or two before repeating.
3 second hold. Try to do 100 every 2 days

This is the only excercise that i feel in my glutes i use a 35 lb for 35 to 40, reps i would do less reps if i had a 45 lb dumbell and thank you for this 😊
