    When Sydney was like, "Can you go up in weight?" on those lunges at the end I was like NOPE. But she kept talking about it and I caved. Managed to do a couple rounds with my 20lb dumbbells! Thank you for pushing me every day, Sydney!

    Totally made it to UA-cam to crush this workout. After an active & fun day with 2 kids my gas tank is almost empty. I made a promise to live a healthy lifestyle for me, my wife and my 2 sons....so I have no excuse not to make it to this video. Thanks Coach SC👍🏻🏋🏻‍♂️❤️

    Hey Sydney, I must admit one thing if you were not a trainer you would be a very good counsellor/psychologist or a great motivational speaker. More than this workout what i truly loved in this video is ur speech at the end about the detour . Truly we need physical strength for our body but mental strength is rarely thought about which is so important to keep us up and going . Thank you so much for adding that special touch at the end and making us physically and mentally strong. Regarding the workout I enjoy more exercises with 2 reps however its good for change. You are doing great and I hope to keep seeing more of our videos each day.

    I LOVE that you give everyone options for the equipment they have. I actually have a squat rack so I was able to use it for this workout. Plus, you are dominating this industry. You have made yourself the MOST versatile trainer. I can do workouts with you at home, traveling, at the gym. I could be fit, not fit, pregnant and still do your workouts. This is only unfortunate for personal trainers because you are going to be putting a lot of them out of business. It's sad but the world is changing and you are adapting to these changes and embracing it. Thank you for your amazing workouts and your uplifting/inspirational words at the end of your videos. You make every day better for me.

      very well written. I totally agree on two points that no matter where you go you can never miss your workout and your trainer Sydney available for you at any given time . Yes the other trainers cant match up to sydney and surely must be envying her but nevertheless we love her and her positive words are a big bonus .

    Your little tip of making sure the dumbbells were by the ankle and not midline helped me so much! It made it much more difficult, which I'm pretty sure was the point. Thanks for mentioning tips as we go through the workouts. So helpful!

    I've realized that work out is not just about staying fit or losing weight, it's an a practical philosophy that teaching you how to leave happy healthy peacefulness life , and mostly how to find strength healing through the power that comes after crushing it , work out a journey to overcome our mirages and embrace who really we are and sydenycummings represent all this in her work out 🙏💪❤

    I crushed it for Day 5! I came into today’s workout dealing with disappointment with failing my first attempt at the Senior Tax Specialtist Certification Exam. However, I’m going to review the material and take the exam again on Thursday. I enjoyed this workout. I’m working on increasing the weights. I’m becoming confident in using the 20 and 25 pound weights. I hope everyone has a good day. I’m going to go do our bonus jump rope workout. Bye ✌️!

    I just have to say...today was extremely busy and stressful, but all I could think about was Sydney motivating us to commit to our choices and being strong and doing her workouts...I just finished this workout and it felt Great!!     Completed the workout! My daughter loves when you walk on your hands at the end of your workout, during your dance. Maybe you can do that again soon! She hasn’t seen you do it in awhile, but we have missed a few workouts here and there.

    Dare I say this was basically a perfect workout! I appreciate that you kept it 45 minutes and did the bonus for all the 60 min + workout lovers to keep them happy. Also loved, loved the longer more focused cool down!! Love this one so much. It was a perfect way to start the week!
