Making the Signature Field Note Book Cover using the MLS Template

In this video we show how to make a book cover with card pockets for the Signature size Field Notes book. The book is 4.25 X 6.5" The cover made here holds 2 ID size cards and also standard business cards.

Does tooling the leather have any affect on your process?

Not at all. Tool it first then trim it to fit the pattern and continue construction.
