Beautiful home but some areas are too dark. There seems to be a lack of windows in this model.
The design uses such dark floors and accent walls. It really isn't that bad in person just a lot of direct light from the rear of the house at the time of filming. Plus add in dark surroundings and boom (Dark effect), Gorgeous home though

I don't show the prices because number one it isn't my price its the builders. Number two the price will be inaccurate by the time I hit enter. Imagine you watched my video and you didn't realize the video is 6 years old just take a guess how much off I would be on the price compared to the current price? Try it's around $400,000 more expensive today.
